Our spectacular top-floor unit, #10-414, located in the preferred #10 Building (on the inner courtyard, close to the beach, but without road noise) is a 3 bedroom/2 bath, Island-style unit with extra-large floor plan (approximately 1650 square feet). This affordable beach retreat is a great value for budget-conscious larger families or groups of friends traveling together. This unique unit is the only one of its kind at Kamaole Sands- a 3 bedroom with an extra large (almost twice as big as all the others) living room.

The entire unit has been completely remodeled. There are 18" tiled floors throughout. The living area is completely open with tall vaulted ceilings and spectacular staircase to the second level. The remodeled kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with tropical island-style furnishings. The outdoor lanai (patio) has great views of the landscaped courtyard area with fountain and views of the ocean, as well.

The bedrooms are all very separated, offering privacy for families or friends traveling together. Two of the bedrooms are on the main level. The upstairs master/guest suite is decorated with hotel-quality teak furnishings and a king-size, four-poster bed. All bedrooms have high thread count luxury linens. Both bathrooms are completely remodeled with granite counters.

This unit includes FREE wireless high-speed internet access. FREE local and long-distance calls to the US/Canada, too!

Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park).

Our units are highly upgraded, comfortable and clean. We supply lots of thoughtful extras to help make your stay on Maui as enjoyable as possible.

The Kamaole Sands is conveniently located in the heart of South Kihei, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Sandy Kamaole 3 Beach Park is just across the street. This unit has free US/Canada long distance calls, free wifi internet, and lots of extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, snorkel gear, tennis rackets, kids' sand toys, and baby gear like full-size crib, high chair, stroller, bed rails, baby gate system, Pack-n-Play, and booster chair.

Amazing experience for our first trip to Maui!!

Everything was perfect. The property was exactly as it was shown in the photos. The location was incredible, which was right across the beach and only a small walk to bunch of restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful and always a phone call away for anything we needed. Extremely clean! I would definitely stay here again for all my future visits. Thank you!

Hot!

We are a family of 6 who just spent a week at this condo. We arrived at midnight and walked into a sauna, every window closed, no fans on, no air conditioner, was like walking into a baking oven. It never cooled off the entire week, even with 2 fans on each bed and a window air conditioner, bordering on not livable. No breeze in the afternoon with this condo, and even if there was one the window air conditioner is on the balcony which makes the balcony inaccessible, as theres hot air blowing on you. We were told that the 4th floor gets very hot in this condo building, (an understatement to say the least!). The loft was the hottest, no way you could comfortably sleep. The fridge drips water onto the top shelf of food, we were told it was because we had it turned up too high, maintenance man came and turned it down, left the food in our freezer half frozen, not cool enough to keep it frozen. The location is good, but their are many condos along this strip, find one that cools off at night! Misty was responsive and good to deal with, wasn't happy when we told her how hot it was in the unit and she replied that she herself had been in the unit a week before and it was an unbearable oven, as a property manager you should make sure paying renters aren't walking into those temperatures.

Clean, spacious well-maintained condo with a great view in a complex in an awesome location!

Our family of 4 and 2 grandparents just stayed and loved it! Misty is very responsive and detailed. Booking, arriving, and any questions we had were promptly responded to. The condo has lots of room and everything we needed. The complex is very well-maintained - lovely pool and area and gorgeous grass and gardens. We watched the sunset every night from our balcony. The location is within walking distance of amenities and right across the street from a beautiful beach where we snorkeled, saw many fish and turtles, and played in the waves and on the beach. It was an easy and relaxing vacation!

Wonderful ! Fantastic....

3 glorious weeks in this condo was wonderful. We were very impressed the condo and it's high quality of cleanliness and decor. The view off the lanai was incredible as well as the location. What is better than walking across the street to be given access to beaches as far as you can see!!! The BBQ areas, the grounds and pool area were always being maintained to the highest standards. We found the Kamaole Sands complex to be situated in an ideal location. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to enjoy themselves to the fullest while visiting Maui. Thanks again for the opportunity to experience Maui in style!

We just returned from a 12 day stay at this terrific condo location. We were there for our 30th anniversary with our 2 adult children and spouses and one 5 month old grandchild. The walk across the street to the beach was easily done carrying our beach supplies that were provided at the condo. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed in the afternoon when the wind picked up and in the evening. The snorkeling was great just across the street and up the beach so every morning we were able have a quick snorkel before beginning our daily events.The condo was quiet and we never heard any other occcupants in the building.

The condo was everything that we had hoped for and was spacious enough that everyone had their own space and privacy. We enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom and the bedding and towels were nicer than at home. Misty answered all of my questions before we left and was very helpful. One of the best ideas is having the keypad lock instead of keys so that you don't have to worry about who has the key and where it is.

Fred's Mexican Restaurant within walking distance, and Coconuts a few miles down the road were 2 of our favorite restaurants. The BBQ area was a great option for eating in which we did about 1/2 the time. We'd definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to enjoy a great family vacation.

It was hard to pack up and leave, but we'll definitely be coming back.

ALL 4th floor units at the complex are warm during the summer months (approximately May 15- September 15), especially the upstairs master suite loft areas. Optional portable A/Cs are available for each downstairs bedroom for $10/day/AC unit. If portable A/Cs are not arranged and paid for in advance, there is a $35 set up fee (no set up fee if arranged in advance of your arrival). We recommend that heat-sensitive guests plan on sleeping in one of the downstairs bedrooms with a portable AC.
