An abundance of water/boating activities on accessible on Lake Granby and Grand Lake, each roughly 20 minutes away.

Excellent as usual

This is our second time staying in this condo and just like the first time it was perfect. Met all our needs and was exactly as pictured. I’d highly suggest anyone planning to ski and is not in to the big tourist city attractions to stay at Granby Ranch. You will be pleasantly surprised of the ease and convenience of the ski in/out access. The condo is very clean, furnished with everything you would most likely need and conveniently located very close to a grocery store and gas station. My family loves being able to go out and ski and yet come in and warm up and grab a bite to eat before heading right back out to the slopes, all just steps between the lift and back door of the condo. My favorite part is that skiing is not crowded. At times you can look in front or behind on a trail and be the only person, you don’t have to worry about running in to people. There is no waiting around to get on the lift and ride up before experiencing another thrill riding down. Granby Ranch, Base Camp One, is truly a hidden gem in the mountains.

Great stay, even with an avalanche

Second time staying in this unit. Met our needs. Host was gracious enough to extend our stay and give us a late checkout after an avalanche snowed us in.

Ski get away

The condo was great. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The location was next to the ski lift which made for a great ski in ski out experience. We would highly recommend staying here to any one looking to ski at Granby Ranch.
