About Property Manager
We are two very curious persons with the desire of discovering the world and its inhabitants, finding out the simplicity of small gestures and beauty beyond appearance. That is why, with our small business, we would like to give the opportunity to foreigners to discover our beautiful city, its secrets, our world, hidden corners, and the stories that are still whispering in the alleys, the ruins, the monuments and the markets ...

Great apt in Trastevere
My husband, 14 year-old daughter and I had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos and the staff are friendly and responsive. We love Trastevere and this spot is perfectly situated at a tram stop, so it’s easy to get around by transit. As a previous guest mentioned, it is loud because of the location and street view, so maybe not great for light sleepers. Multiple staff were reviewing our booking, and there was some confusion about the cleaning cost and our payment for use of the sofa bed, but both were clarified quickly. The apt is air conditioned, which was essential and a huge bonus in the summer heat, and there are markets and a Carrefour nearby for food supplies. An afforable and attractive place!
Beautiful apartment located in Trastevere.
Great apartment and located right in front of bus transportation, a few blocks to all the eating and shopping you desire. Very clean and modern decor with the old Italian charm of the building . Spacious for 3 people .
The unit is very nice and spacious, almost perfect except for the tight small space for shower & toilet; and it doesn't have washer for the clothes
Clean bright and comfortable
We were met on time and the check in was very efficient and friendly. The apartment was all we hoped for- bright and airy and well equipped. The location was perfect for exploring all the sights of Rome and Trastevere is s perfect area to be for the lively evening vibe. The only downside was the traffic noise but if you can cope with that ( ear plugs?) I would highly recommend it.
Excellent flat in Trastevere
Clean, spacious apartment, well-equipped and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and Tiziana who welcomed us was very helpful. The apartment is right by a tram stop, which is convenient for getting into the centre of Rome (just a few stops), but is rather noisy. This would not deter me recommending the place though - that's city life! The Trastevere area of the city is a great base for visiting all over Rome, and is also a charming area in its own right. Very good value for money!
Nice, clean, good location
Due to our mistake in communication with property managers we spent two days in the red apartment. It is nice and clean but noisy at night. Thanks to Annalisa the manager we were able to move to the Blue apartment where sleeping room is facing inner courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to have breakfasts and dinners at home. Location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops near by as well as taxi station. Street car 8 and bus 75 will take you in 15 minutes to the city center and Coliseum, bus 23 - 15 minutes to Vatican. Trastevere district also has some historical places - a must to visit. Good combination of price, location and quality.
Trastevere, from Latin Trans Tiberim, meaning Beyond the Tiber, was once connected to the rest of the city only through one bridge, the very famous and antique Sublicio bridge. This was the place that fishermen and sailors chose to live because of the proximity to the river. The twisted and irregular narrow streets, witness of a time when the poor people built their homes close to those of the rich, are now the main feature of Trastevere. Thanks to this amazing crossing of streets, alleys and to the light that filters between them, Trastevere is a kaleidoscope of colours, shades and surprising perspectives!
The neighbourhood is one of the most complete and independent of the city: you can easily find bars, pubs, pizzerias, banks, pharmacies, cinemas, markets and still a lot of tiny old craftsmen shops who keep alive the ancient Roman spirit. One of the most beautiful squares, today a cool meeting point for young people, is the Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. It hosts one of the oldest working fountains of the city while on one of its sides stands the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere which houses beautiful mosaics depicting moments of everyday life of the Virgin Mary. Trastevere is also well known for the mysterious secrets hidden amongst its many winding streets. Following them you will enter the beauty of Rome's from the main door!
