Tropic Isle is a gulf front/direct beach access condo located 1/4 mile from the popular Gulf Shores Public Beach area in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama and is convenient to all that the area has to offer for your vacation needs. This property is special - it is in a low density condominium complex with only 48 units in the building - so no waiting for the elevator! It also features a dedicated covered parking space.

This unit is an Eastern corner unit on the 4th floor with beautiful sunrise views - it's balcony looks directly over the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bath with a completely new Roman walk in Shower along with new vanities with Granite tops and new plumbing fixtures.

The guest bedroom offers both a twin bed & a full-sized bed with a guest bathroom. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements.

This unit in Tropic Isle is also one of the most reasonably priced rental condo units in the Gulf Shores area!!

Great Condo! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This is a wonderful condo right on the beach. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The master bathroom is super nice & the shower in there is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. We cooked several nights & we were impressed with the quality of the pots & pans. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were handled quickly. Hannah was super responsive & helpful. The condo was very clean & very quiet. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was ok. No bed sheets for the sleeper sofa.

While writing a review post-stay can be very helpful, we would have preferred that you had called us as soon as you discovered there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa. That was a simple oversight on our behalf that we would have quickly sent housekeeping over to bring you extra sheets and blankets. Great place for a family of 5!

We love this unit and this is our 2nd year staying here. Very family friendly building. We feel safe here and love the key code for the door so our kids are able to come/go without worrying about keys.

This condo is well worn and dated

First impression when walking in door was a musty smell. Upon further investigation, there was mold on master bath ceiling, closet carpet, windows. The pots and skillets were bent and coating scratched. Utensils were broken. Furniture dirty. Under beds and furniture was filthy with random socks, shoes, candy. Hadn't been swept in months! Cleaning company asked us NOT to remove mattress pad on master bed, so literally you're laying on someone else's sweat and who knows what else. 2nd bedroom mattresses didn't even have mattress pads. The main hall bathtub didn't drain. Also I called management company and reported the main hall bathroom toilet water was running all the time and no one ever came to repair it. I feel that when we pay premium rate, we should expect a certain level of cleanliness. Unrelated to owner's responsibility, for 3 days we were with out water a minimum of 4 hours a day. We were out of power and the elevator was out of service for a day. This property has a small pool, very aged CHARCOAL grills, only 1 bathroom at pool everyone shares. A positive note: The women and men that maintain the property's common areas, work very hard at keeping an aging property very clean!

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your stay at this vacation rental. We are aware of a previous leak at the condo that caused water damage of which we corrected and treated for mold. We've been inspecting it since and had no further issues. We will be sure to schedule corrective action ASAP regarding the mold you mentioned. We will also put a new set of pots/skillets and utensils. Even though this is an older complex, cleanliness is a top priority for us. Our apologies for the issues you found during your stay. We are taking corrective action with our housekeeping. The owner replaced all the sheets and bedspreads in May of 2017 with brand new ones. We will also inspect the bed pads to ensure they are clean and in place. We did schedule maintenance when you called in the running toilet, due to high volume of calls they happened to correct it once you had checked out. Again, our apologies in your disappointment. We strive to provide a positive, fun beach experience for all our guests and hope that you would consider Tropic Isle again in the future.
