Great view! Great location!
My family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is right along the waterfront and only a couple of blocks from the SeaLife center as well as many of the restaurants in town. You can walk from the cruise ship terminal but a taxi is only $5 and the town shuttle runs right by for free. In the bedrooms on the upper and lower floors, you can hear everything that is happening on the main floor so don't expect silence. It was great having the availability of a washer and dryer. I would suggest adding real wine glasses to the cupboards. Also, the heat wasn't on when we entered the home and it took us some time and fiddling with the batteries to get the thermostat working. Most of the beds were very comfortable but the pull out on the trundle was terrible and some of my co-travelers complained about the twin beds upstairs but otherwise very comfortable.
13 Day Stay (August 2017)
I have used this cottage at least a week for the past 8-9 years. I keep coming back as it meets all my needs to support a week of fishing in Seward. Spent 13 days at the Bay Front Cottage this year. House is very nice and well maintained. New stove is definitely a plus over the one from previous years. Pots, pans, dished and silverware are nice and the dishwasher is a plus. Two items I would recommend for the kitchen are an electric can opener and a knife sharpener. I'll definitely be back next year.
Great location and stunning view! We spent 2 nights there with plenty of room for everyone and what I think is the best view in Seward right from the dining room table! We've spent the last 4 years at this house for an annual we have there and this has always been our go to place. Can't wait to come back next year!!
Seward Bay Front
Great location convenient to everything. Free shuttle buses also available for transportation around city. Clean. Everything working properly including the internet. Granted, high tourist season, but a bit pricey.
Wow. First class lodging
Clean, high end, very comfortable except the living room couches
Very convenient to Seward community. Very clean and includes some nice features like laundry.
Could use a good set of cookware and an outside burner on the grill.
