Ski Season is fast approaching. Our home sleeps 10 guests. Ski in and Ski out all day long.

We are now taking reservations for winter 2017!

You'll save time and money by renting a home over staying in hotels! We sleep up to 10 guests. Don't be crammed in a hotel room, enjoy family meals together, game night in the kitchen or movie night enjoying one of over 20 movies in our home for your viewing pleasure. Make forever memories with your family and friends at our home.

We are in The Village at Camelback village 1 (the closest village to the slopes!) We are in cluster 3 (one of the closest clusters to the slopes, no roads to cross). Less than 100 yards to the 34 lighted slopes of Camelback Ski Mountain.

We offer Seasonal Rentals, 30 day rentals as well as 2 night, 3 night, 4 night, 5 night or 7 night stays. We aim to meet your needs! Please note the rate calculator does not correctly calculate rates for monthly or seasonal rentals during Ski Season. Please inquire and I would be happy to quote you rates for your stay.

If you would like to reserve your stay with us please "send us an email" we can let you know how to save money and avoid the service fee by paying by check. Most guests prefer that option.

This is a 3 story townhome with approximately 1, 200 square feet. We sleep up to 10 guests.

First floor: Large kitchen with dining area with seating for 6. Kitchen equipped with all the normal pots and pans, blender, toaster, Keurig and traditional coffee pot, cock pot and a few basic spices. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor off the large open living room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings. We provide a 32 inch flat screen TV with basic cable, DVD player, iPod docking station, stereo system. Full size coach/futon in living room. Large air conditioner keeps this floor and the upstairs cool. Deck features table and chairs for 4 with peaceful wooded views. Gas grill available for use Memorial day - Labor Day.

Loft Level: 2 twin beds and full bath with shower stall. Blow dryer provided. Starter toilet paper provided.

Lower Level: large laundry closet with linens and towels for guests to use. Please launder prior to departure and return to closet if you choose to use them. Lower level bedroom #1 with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bedroom #2 queen size select comfort sleep number bed, air conditioner and TV. Large full bathroom with tub/shower. Blow dryer provided. Starter toilet paper provided.

Camelbeach is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Camelback Adventure Park is open from April to November weather permitting. We are also minutes away from hiking and birding areas, the Crossings Outlets, paintball, Mt. Airy casino and Bushkill Falls. Come enjoy all the Pocono's has to offer. We're the perfect year round family destination.

This is a Non-Smoking home. No Pets Please. No Exceptions! Kid are welcome and will find plenty to do to keep themselves entertained.

During the summer months a large main living room with 24,000 BTU air conditioner keeps home comfortable during those warm summer days. Large 12,000 BTU air conditioner in the lower level master bedroom. The home also has multiple ceiling fans to enjoy the cool evening breezes.

During the winter each room has electric baseboard heaters and individual thermostats and the living room boasts a large fireplace for that ambiance you were looking for in your ski vacation.

What makes our home different than other rentals in the area? We supply you starter paper products and detergents. We provide linens and towels we just ask that you launder them at departure. You supply your refills, consumables and firewood!

There are steps to and from our home along with steps to access sleeping areas. This home is not wheelchair accessible.

The Village at Camelback is a gated community with roving security. You may park two cars in the parking lot for our cluster. Additional cars must be parked in overflow lot.

Clubhouse on site: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts all included in your rental rate. Hours of operation vary.

Camelback has an excellent Adaptive Ski program. Want more information? Please email or call and we would be happy to tell you about their program and how to schedule your family member with special needs for their one on one ski lessons.

Do you have 4th or 5th graders? Make sure to do a web search Pennsylvania's Ski for Free program and apply for free lift tickets for your 4th or 5th grader. You do not need to be a Pennsylvania resident to take advantage of this great program.

We are a year round rental property. The Pocono's offer excellent spring, summer and fall activities. Visit Camelbeach waterpark which is open Memorial day to Labor Day. Take a hike in Big Pocono State Park, do some Geocaching, hunters can walk right to the state game lands! Bushkill Falls is 20 minutes away. You can even try your luck at the Mt. Airy Casino which is a quick 10 minute drive away. Pocono Raceway and the Tricky Triangle are less than 10 minutes from our front door!

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LEASE. For age verification a copy of Drivers License of lease signer may be requested. No Prom or Senior Week groups permitted.

Quiet hours 11pm - 8am to be respectful of all guests staying at The Village at Camelback Townhomes.

We fell in love with the peacefulness of the Pocono mountains during a family vacation. After previously staying in cramped hotel rooms and having to dine out each meal we had such a great time staying in a rental home that we knew we needed to purchase a place for ourselves and make it comfortable and cozy like our own home. Our family and extended family have enjoyed years of skiing and waterpark adventures. As our children have grown we find we no longer have time to use our home as much as we would like and decided to share our home with others. This home offers you all the creature comforts of your own home. It is tastefully decorated, well maintained and clean. Our home is slope side to the Laurel Glade trail of Camelback Ski Mountain, just up the hill from Camelbeach Waterpark and Camelback Adventure park not to mention being around the corner from great shopping, a casino and restaurants. Our family has created lasting memories at our Village at Camelback retreat and we hope your family has the chance to do the same.

What makes this townhome unique

Enjoy access to the clubhouse indoor pool/hot tub/sauna/exercise room and outdoor tennis courts during your stay. Indoor tennis courts and walking loop also available. Hours of operation vary and may be affected due to weather conditions. Village quiet hours daily 10pm - 8am to ensure guests peaceful enjoyment of the surroundings.

Awesome place for kiddos and adults alike!

We spent a fabulous long weekend here, 2 families with 2 kiddos each. House accommodated 8 of us very comfortably, plenty of space. Everything was easy to find, very clear instructions and procedures. House was in wonderful shape, well cared for. Great location, very central - easy access to shopping and hiking. Love the ceiling fans in every room, kept the house cool the whole time. We would definitely come back again. Thanks!
