Stunning 5 star designer penthouse only a 10 minutes walk to Princes Street, with private parking for 2 cars, and balcony. Designer furniture throughout, e.g. large eating kitchen designed by The Queen's cabinet maker with everything you could possibly need including Bosch dishwasher, double ovens, freezer, fridge, washer, drier etc. Beautiful lounge + stunning designer leather sofa (one sofa bed) + dining-table. Large master bedroom with commissioned bed + en-suite double walk-in shower. 2 other good sized bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements can be altered to suit guests wishes. Stunning bathroom, with bath/ 2nd shower.Very luxurious, 42' Plasma TV, cable TV, Plasma TV/Blu-Ray player in lounge and in all 3 bedrooms, over 250 movies, lots for young families + baby equipment. Wi-fi Internet access.
In addition to the facilities within The Penthouse itself, we also have arranged access for our guests to use the first class facilities at Virgin Active Omni Centre private gym and swimming pool during their stay, it’s only a 5 minute walk from The Penthouse. There is a £10 charge per person each time they use the facilities. Please note that Virgin Active don't allow children under the age of 16 to use any facilities.
Ideal for a romantic break for 2 right up to a family reunion, with accommodation for an extended family. Excellent location for sightseeing, many of the main tourist attractions within short walk.
Wonderful accommodation, far above our expectations, better than a First Class hotel, and fitted with all we could possibly have needed.So convenient within walking distance to Princes Street. We have been treated royally. D. Fee, Canada.

This is a beautiful and very clean place to stay! It's located very close to town. We enjoyed everything about it! We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. We definitely recommend this for a great vacation!

Great location and a really well appointed flat. Its perfect for our family and the off street parking is also a real bonus. The owner is incredibly helpful and really welcoming. Extra star for the shortbread and wine on arrival !
Very comfortable, fairly central, excellent host.
The Penthouse is well appointed in all areas-living room, bedrooms,bathrooms.Only downside is the number of steps.The provision of 2 parking places is a big plus for a central Edinburgh property as the parking wardens are vigilant.Eddie has every detail of your stay covered & has lots of DVD's and music CD's for those damp days.Only downside is you don't seem to be able to play DVD's on the living room TV?I couldn't fault the accommodation otherwise & Chiara is an excellent chef.
This was our first trip to Scotland and we were super excited to stay at this property. Before our arrival the owner of the property made contact with us via email as well as phone calls. The owner of the property is absolutely awesome. He is extremely conscientious and his whole purpose is to ensure that anybody that stays there or visits Scotland has the most amazing time. He went far and above to ensure that the house was ready for us even allowing us to do an early checkin. Before our arrival he provided us with numerous documents indicating the best restaurants the best activities maps of Scotland and other documents that were very very helpful.
The house is exactly as it is represented on the website. There were absolutely no surprises. It was just as beautiful as the picture show. It is in a fantastic location and is very comfortable.
I highly recommend this property to anybody that is visiting Edinburgh for the first time or coming back to visit again.
The property owner really went far and above to ensure that we had a little gift basket as well as food in the refrigerator and all the documents that we needed to ensure that we had the best time ever.
He was also very prompt and all of his responses and very accommodating in any way. I 1000% recommend this property
Host Eddie really cares that his guests are comfortable and feel at home. It is a great property if you rare traveling with a family or group. The market and restaurants are a short walk. Less than a mile from Waverly train station.
Right in the centre of Edinburgh only a 10 minute walk to princes street, and Waverley train station. Located in a very safe exclusive development, so ideal for families as good part of town to walk at any time of the day or night. Off the main roads so quiet with no passing traffic. The penthouse has its own parking, however once you've parked your car you probably won't use it as sightseeing can easily be done by foot. Excellent public transport only a couple of minutes walk away. Ideal location for sightseeing. The Playhouse theatre, and an Omni Multiplex cinema complex, are only a 5 minute walk away. Many restaurants, bars, shops etc as all within short walking distance. Supermarket only a 2 minute walk away.

PRICES PER NIGHT FOR SHORT BREAKS VARY, BUT ARE NEVER LESS THAN £495 POUNDS & THAT'S IN LOW SEASON EG JANUARY. THE COST OF A BOOKING FOR LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS IS NEVER MORE THAN THE COST PER WEEK. AN EXTRA £100 RENT IN TOTAL IS PAYABLE FOR PARTIES OF 6, 7 OR 8 GUESTS. THE QUOTES GIVEN BY HOMEAWAY ARE ONLY ESTIMATES AND WILL NOT INCLUDE THE EXTRA £100 PAYABLE WHEN THERE ARE 6, 7 OR 8 GUESTS STAYING. PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER EDDIE EWEN TO GET THE CORRECT QUOTE.. Damages deposit of £250 is payable for each booking. Please note however these have always been refunded in full to-date.
