This is a shorter walk than from the public beach parking. After enjoying the beach during the day come back and relax at the roof top pool. Beautiful views of Naples can be seen from here at night.

About Lisa Ledesma

I have lived in the area since 1989. I live in a small rural community about an hour away from Naples. Naples is a great place for me to go and get away and relax on the beach. I own my own business in the area and find it hard to take long vacations so this condo was the perfect choice for me. I can get away but yet it is not too far from home and work.

Lisa Ledesma purchased this condo in 2004

Why Lisa Ledesma chose Vanderbilt Beach

I have always loved the Naples area. There are so many nice restaurants and a wide variety of places to shop. The beaches are very nice and quiet, not the party atmosphere that some beach areas have.

What makes this condo unique

The rental property has a great location. You have great beach access without having to pay the beach price. It is also nicely located for dinning as well. Just up the street there is an endless selection of dinning choices. It is also easily accessable from Interstate 75. The pool roof is very nice. No problems with shade during any part of the day. There is complete sun all day long to the pool area.

Guestbook comments from the owner

The guest that made the previous review claimed that he had been robbed while staying at the condo. He asked for money but when we explained to him that we could not give him money because we had no way to verify if he was robbed or how much money he even had. He stated that if we did not give him cash (picking an amount that was just enough to have some extra spending money but not enough to make it look suspicous) he would place a really bad review on the web site. Only after I questioned him a few days later when he was still trying to get money from us as to why he didn't call the cops if he was robbed and file a police report to possibly find the person who did it did he file a report. After filing the report he once again asked for money now that he filed a report. After explaining to him that no rental property or condo complex is going to replace cash for a renter he kept insisting that there should be some kind of insurance that should cover this. I even explained that I am sure his own homeowners insurance would not cover a loss of cash in his own home. He then threatened one more time if we didn't give him cash then he would place a really bad review on our web site. I can assure you he fabricated the fact there video evidence of management entering his unit and taking his cash. Common sense would tell you that if there was video evidence of this happening the police would have made an arrest. As for me not responding to him, after so many attempts to explain that cash can not be returned and that when you rent a house it is like your own, you are responsible for your property I finally gave up and just let the man make a bad review of the property. As you can tell by all previous renters there has been no accusations of building management or owners doing anything but being accomodating and responsive to our renters requests. This mans review was a retaliation for not responding to his demands for cash. As for being shady, the only shady one that seems to be a part oft his situation was the renter that changed his story based on the person he spoke with and put absolute lies in a review. The one thing I agree with is if you are questioning staying at this condo please do take the time to read the police report. It will show that the renter waited three days to make a claim of a robbery and that there is absolutely no evidence of anyone entering his unit but himself and his wife.

Beautiful, Cozy Condo with Amazing Views

  • 5 of 5

The condo was very cozy, clean, and comfortable with great interior design/decor. The kitchen had beautiful granite counter tops. Everything was provided in the kitchen, that one would need to prepare meals (pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc.). The couch was very comfortable. I preferred sleeping on it rather than using the pull-out bed. There were extra sheets, blankets, and pillows, in the hallway closet, which made the couch - even more cozier. The bedroom was also very comfortable. The beautiful view of the bay from the living room and from the clean roof-top pool and jacuzzi, were absolutely gorgeous! Towels and washcloths were provided, as well as a washer and dryer. The bathroom was clean and updated. We tried to book this unit again before we left, but it was already booked for the days we needed. Lisa was great, too! Always answered my calls when I had a question. - L, J, & D

Very great location! Just walking distance from Vanderbilt beach and right across the street from Mercato. Great vacation spot for two! I enjoyed my stay for what they charged so I had no complaints.

very good

  • 5 of 5

We had very good experience with my family. It is very close to the beach, so as international travelers we did not have to rent a car. The condo had everything we needed - fully furbished kitchen, beach umbrellas and chairs. Lisa was very helpful with all the information we needed. Thank you. We definitely want to come back again sometime in the future.

Retired Traveler

  • 3 of 5

This is a property of 24 single bedroom apartments near the beach in North Naples. This is not a retirement community. We were there in October 2015. The location is good, only 1 block from a very popular and very small beach, which makes for a crowded beach on weekends or holidays. The area has a reasonable number of restaurants and bars, but not the concentration that you find in downtown Naples. The property is reasonable well equipped (not lavish, but workable) . The view is good from the balcony and the pool is a good alternative to the beach. In my opinion I would recommend this property, but not to expect too much.

Great place for 2

  • 5 of 5

If I could, I would probably give the place 4 1/2 stars, however choosing between 4 and 5 starts options, I choose 5* without hesitations. Some small things (which I reported to the owner) in no way diminished our vacation experience. Yes, the place is not Ritz Carlton which you can see from your balcony, however if you are on a budget, the place is just perfect. It's clean, well stocked, and perfectly located just a short walk from one of the best beaches. Having a cart with beach umbrellas and chairs was priceless.... Lisa, thank you so much for being such a wonderful host, we will definitely be back.
