This Pelican Watch, oceanfront villa overlooks a pristine and secluded beach. This second floor corner unit is a prime choice for panoramic views and sunsets over the ocean and nearby islands. Dine on your own balcony while sailboats, shrimp boats, and windsurfers glide by.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom located in the hallway for guests and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and open allowing you to cook while enjoying a glass of wine and the view all at once! DSL internet access is available and the villa is pet friendly.

Guests have access to the new Lake House facility located near the Seabrook guard gate. This brand new state of the art facility includes a large outdoor pool, an indoor heated lap pool, workout facility, exercise classes, library, game room with ping-pong tables, a basketball court, a playground, a lake for fishing and a small cafe. Fees vary based on activity.

This is a pet-friendly rental unit. Some restrictions may apply (breed, number of pets, and size or weight). Please email us to confirm that your pet(s) meet the owner’s requirements. Great view, dated interior

Loved the view. We had great weather and always love visiting Seabrook and going into Charleston. The interior of this condo is dated. Needs sprucing up of sofa cushions and a good overall paint job. Also appliances are old. The dishwasher was still really loud (also on previous review). The entrance was full of bugs and leaves - looks unkept. Sweetgrass was great though. Responded to our requests to fix the drapes (falling off doors to balcony).

Awesome Condo

Spent a week at this property. Everything was perfect. Excellent location, condo was very spacious for a 1 bedroom condo and clean. Great beach to take long walks. Well definitely return soon.

My wife, dog and I stayed a week at this unit and enjoyed ourselves very much. The unit is well equipped. The sheets and towels are of excellent quality, but the pillow cases do not fit the pillows. The kitchen was very adequately furnished. The washer/dryer need replacing as the dryer takes forever to dry anything. And the dishwasher sounds like a 747 taking off. Better leave for the day when running the dishwasher. While the stove worked OK, the electric coils went out with mustache cups and probably could be replaced. We definitely would stay here again once these issues are taken care of. We know of these issues as we not only did own a villa at Seabrook, but also owned a very successful B&B. Constructive criticism like this was always helpful for us.
