A NOTE ABOUT PRICING
We look for a HIGH SEASON WEEKEND RATE of £2550 for a 2 night stay in high season and a minimum 3 night stay in PEAK high season eg Bank Holidays/ Pride/ Brighton Marathon July and August etc ie £3225 PLUS the websites service charges that are added to our inputted rates for booking via their platform.
Bookings which include a Friday or Saturday will be charged at this rates irrespective of what date the booking starts. Due to the limitations of the website's back office accurate pricing it is difficult to obtain . Pricing very much depends on how long you stay and what day the booking starts. The longer you stay the cheaper the nightly rate . ie each additional night after the first 2 nights becomes cheaper . Please send a BOOKING ENQUIRY for an accurate price as opposed to a BOOKING REQUEST! This is why we do not accept instant booking.
