Exceptionally convenient location -within walking distance to many Fripp Resort amenities - just a two block walk to the beach, Beach Club pools and restaurants, tennis facilities.

No Worries - home is fully stocked! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent, coolers, beach toys, five adult bikes, laundry detergent, paper products are all included.

We also have free internet Wifi just incase you need to get reconnected to the outside world.

For the young ones we have bed rails and a high chair.

All you need is your bathing suit!!

Our beaches are pet friendly just like our home!

Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water

Two on site Championship golf courses.

On site marina for fishing/boating charters.

Whatever you want to do, it is just minutes away and available for your use with the Resort Amenity Cards. These are available through us at the resort rate ($35 per adult spring, fall, winter, $50 per adult for Memorial day through Labor day).

Children 12 and younger do not need a card. These cards provide you access to all island swimming pools, golf courses, tennis courts, Camp Fripp (children's recreation activity center), not to mention the island restaurants and fitness center!

Fourth fun!

I have rented this house four times (3 of them for the week of July 4th). It's in a great location, is well stocked and you can't beat the screened porch/ 2 decks!! Having two golf carts works well for a family with teens. There are plenty of beach chairs and other items you may need. The house has comfortable furniture and beds. I look forward to this year's week at 279 Tarpon!

Great home..wonderful owners

This is a charming, comfortable house which feels more like a friend's home than a rental. It was perfect for my husband, four kids(ages 12-19) and I. Just wish we would have brought our dog because it's a very pet friendly community. The house is centrally located on Fripp Island and just a short jaunt to the beach and to all the Fripp Island amenities. The property backs up to a marsh and has a nice deck and screened porch to enjoy the sunset and wildlife. The deer are almost domesticated and not afraid to meander in human presence. We enjoyed the use of the two golf carts and bikes. Beach chairs, toys, games, a kayak and coolers were also available for our use. It was great not having to bring or rent any of these things. The kitchen was completely stocked with seasonings, condiments, and paper goods. The owners are very helpful, kind and generous. As I mentioned previously, it was like staying at a friend's property. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again. We enjoyed Fripp Island. It's very casual and a great way to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Charming beach house

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Fripp. The location of the house was great - beautiful views of the marsh and within a short walking distance to the tennis courts. We appreciated having a golf cart and bicycles to use for getting places farther away. The house was comfortable, charming and well maintained.

We actually rented the house from the original owners once many years before we bought. She saw our name and comments in the guestbook, called and asked us if we wanted to buy! And we did!
