2,200 Sq Ft House includes 4 Cable TVs, 2 DVD players, CD player, Wet Bar, Fully-Equipped Kitchen and Newly Remodeled Master Bath. Nice Living Room Furniture, Huge Deck with great ocean views, large Sunroom, Wireless Internet, and Gas Grill. Large Fenced-In yard. Great ocean views! 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths on Second Floor, 1 Full Bath on Bottom Main Floor. Pets are considered with a $200 additional pet fee. Linens are not included.

All bedrooms are on the second floor. The bedroom layout is as follows: Master w/ King, TV, and Private Bath, Bedroom #2 w/Queen, Private bath, and TV, Bedroom #3 w/Single Bed, and Bedroom #4 w/Bunk Bed (Double on bottom, Single up top) and another Single bed. 3 Bathrooms total Upstairs and 1 Bathroom Downstairs. There is also more seating in the Sunroom with another TV and DVD Player.

Great location across the street from ocean. Easy access to beach and great view.

The property is older, but in still good condition overall. Could use a few cosmetic repairs here and there, but everything is functional. Nice sun room with great view to ocean. Empty lot across the street for now. Comfortable beds and seating throughout. Nice shower out back for cleaning off after the beach. Also convenient hose out front. Nice house for a family or a few friends.

Perfect for the price!

This was our 1st experience renting a vacation home. We were nervous about what we might find. What we found was a home. It was big enough to accomodate our large group, including the dogs. The proximity to the beach was the best! We were comfortable and sad to leave at the end of the week. Thank you for letting us enjoy South Carolina from the comfort of your home.

We had a great time during our stay at 3803 Palm Blvd. It was large enough to accommodate our family. We enjoyed the large back yard and grill. It was also conveniently located near the beach access. Thanks for allowing us to stay and we hope to come back soon.

Great Stay!

This house was fantastic. Almost directly across the street from a beach access that goes between 2 yards. There is a great view between houses across the street of the ocean from the second story and the deck. Plenty of sleeping areas in the house and plenty of bathrooms! It was very clean and spacious. The layout is rather odd but adds to the charm.

The only negative is the fourth "bedroom". Its more of a half twin mattress stuck in the void space above the stairwell. Probably fun for a kid but not so much for an adult. There are plenty of couches, and one of the bedrooms has a full size and 2 twin beds.

Overall great rental, especially for the location and size.
