Welcome to the wonderful Big Island of Hawaii! Professionally decorated, our townhome is located in The Villages development adjacent to The Shops At Mauna Lani. A former model, our unit includes every upgrade offered by the developer. Unlike other homes in this complex whose yards face each other, our outdoor living space is completely private. We don't have a 2 story house next door! Feel free to sunbathe and let the kids run free in the largest yard available! Located very near to the amenities center, it's a two minute walk to the pool, spa, and workout facility.

It is also an easy two minute walk to Mauna Lani's newest shopping center. Here you will find a grocery store, restaurants (Tommy Bahama, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Monstera Japanese Cuisine, just to name a few), shopping, smoothies, and nightly cultural events. What a pleasure to walk to dinner or to the grocery to pick up a few items! The days can be hot and our location at the front of the complex is the shortest distance to The Shops. The nearby Mauna Lani and Fairmot Orchid Hotels offer fine dining, retail shops, tennis courts and spa facilities. The two golf courses at The Mauna Bay Hotel are world renowned! Hotel guest rates may be available, just ask! Last but definitly not least: our on island property manager will be available to assist you should you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Comes in handy sometimes and he is only a text away!

We use a more secure keyless entry system. You will be given an entry code which you can personalize instead of a key which you can lose! We have the upgraded sound system with volume controls and speakers located in the great room, lanai and master bedroom. Just perfect for listening to Hawaiian tunes on your trip to our peaceful island. Central vacuum system (but who's going to vacuum!) and whole house water filtration too!

Bedrooms: carpeted with large closets and all have their own bathroom with walk in showers, marble countertops, cherry wood cabinetry, stone flooring in bathrooms with mahogany baseboards, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms with HD cable and DVD players, whirlpool bath in the master, an upgraded 'disappearing' sliding glass door in the master lets you feel that you are part of the outdoors!, private lanai off the master, vaulted ceiling in the master with upgraded mahogany, upgraded stereo speakers in master with separate volume control lets you listen to our island's Hawaiian music!

Kitchen/great room: cherry wood cabinetry, large cooking island with casual seating, granite countertops and splashes, natural slate flooring with mahogany baseboards, oversized double sink with spray hose and 3/4 hp disposal, Dacor cooktop, oven and microwave, Sub Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, vaulted ceiling in the great room with upgraded mahogany, entertainment center comes with a flat screen TV with HD cable, DVD and BluRay capability, Denon stereo system with volume controls in great room and lanai.

Lanai: BBQ, refrigerator, cherry wood cabinets, Brown Jordan dining table and chairs for six, Brown Jordan lounge chairs and table. We provide the propane!

Laundry room: cherry wood cabinets, mahogany baseboards, new full size washer and dryer,

This is a GREEN HOME. Features include energy efficient lighting, energy star air-conditioners and appliances and double paned heat-shielded glass in every room.

Spacious home in Mauna Lani neighbourhood

We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers and we stayed for 5 nights in Feb 2018. The house is spacious, clean, located in peaceful surroundings and contained everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The 5 min drive to the beach was reasonable (plenty of parking). It was great to have bikes so we could cycle to the nearby Puako petroglyph park on the way to the Fairmont Orchid for happy hour (10 min ride). The king bed in the incredibly large "to die for" master suite has a memory foam (a bit too soft for me but my husband liked it). The other upstairs bedroom has two very comfortable slightly firmer double beds (I slept very well there with my 16yr old daughter). The downstairs bedroom has a king bed that my son slept well on. You must stay on top of the timer for the AC if you want the house to stay cool at night. There are timers for each floor. The downstairs bedroom can get quite hot and stuffy if you don't keep the AC on all night. We did not have the AC on during the day (opened the windows and doors instead). The pool and gym are a 5 min walk away as is the open air mall with the Foodland. Jann, the owner, is gracious and prompt with her email responses. Bennett, the property manager, is very friendly, helpful and answers his phone right away. We would definitely stay at this house again if we go back to that area of the Big Island. Thank you Jann and Bennet!

Even better than the description and photos show

We've stayed in this area before but found that this home is the best for our 3 generation family because it's so close to the grocery and shops, has a large kiddie pool as well as a large regular pool and spa, and has bikes, beach gear and lots of games for kids of all ages. If you don't have a car for the day, there's plenty to do right around the house.

Perfect Hawaiian Vacation Home

My family and I enjoyed a 6 night stay at Janice's beautiful home in Waikoloa. The entire experience, from booking the house through VRBO, to the check-out process was seamless. Janice was outstanding to work with-- she was always very prompt in returning emails and was kind and accommodating with each email interaction. The home itself has everything, including a very well-equipped kitchen, and was perfect for our family's needs (5 adults and 1 toddler). The location of the home was great-- close to the pool, fitness center, and the Shops at Mauna Lani. We made frequent trips to the Foodland next door and used many of the amenities that the house had to offer. We hosted a family BBQ and made use of the pass provided to the private beach. Every detail had been thought of, including an in-person welcome from the property manager, Bennett, upon our arrival. There were so many memorable moments spent at this home and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

FABULOUS!!

We felt right at home...every amenity you could think of. Room for a family of 4 (or more) to spread out. The BBQ and lanai's were wonderful...we cooked at home most every night.

The bikes and the beach club passes were an awesome bonus! The owner personally welcomes you via email and the on site host, Bennett, is right there for any questions/problems!

A great choice for a laid back Hawaii experience!
