Welcome to the wonderful Big Island of Hawaii! Professionally decorated, our Lehua townhome is located in The Villages development which is adjacent to The Shops At Mauna Lani. A former model, our unit includes every upgrade offered by the developer. Unlike other homes in this complex whose yards face each other, our outdoor living space is completely private. We don't have a 2 story house next door! Feel free to sunbathe and let the kids run free in the largest yard available! Located very near to the amenities center, it's a two minute walk to the pool, spa, and workout facility.
It is also an easy two minute walk to Mauna Lani's newest shopping center. Here you will find a grocery store, restaurants (Tommy Bahama, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Monstera Japanese Cuisine, just to name a few), shopping, smoothies, and nightly cultural events. What a pleasure to walk to dinner or to the grocery to pick up a few items! The days can be hot and our location at the front of the complex is the shortest distance to The Shops.
The nearby Mauna Lani and Fairmont Orchid Hotels offer fine dining, retail shops, tennis courts and spa facilities. The two golf courses at The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel are world renowned!
Bedrooms: carpeted with large closets and all have their own bathroom with walk in showers, marble countertops, cherry wood cabinetry, stone flooring in bathrooms with mahogany baseboards, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms with HD cable and DVD players, whirlpool bath in the master, an upgraded 'disappearing' sliding glass door in the master lets you feel that you are part of the outdoors!, private lanai off the master, vaulted ceiling in the master with upgraded mahogany, upgraded stereo speakers in master with separate volume control lets you listen to our island's Hawaiian music!

Lanai: BBQ, refrigerator, cherry wood cabinets, Brown Jordan dining table and chairs for six, Brown Jordan lounge chairs and table. We provide the propane!

This house has everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and spices to make a great meal. The garage has beach gear. The lanai has beautiful furniture and a wonderful grill.
Not all units are this well appointed. Our relatives stayed in other units, and did not have the same amenities.
If this unit is available, book it! It won't be for long.
Pictures do not do this lovely home justice! My family and I had great time and working with the owner was easy and pleasant. You will not be disappointed in this booking!
Just recently stayed here for two weeks with another couple. The place was immaculate, well equipped, and has great access to and from.
The owners were a pleasure to work with as was the local host who greeted us and saw to our every need!
Would recommend it without hesitation.
We really enjoyed this home for our 10-day stay in Hawaii. The extra amenities for the beach and kids were so convenient and the property manager is a gem. We had young kids so the room with the two full beds was perfect. We stayed in the master and had planned to have grandma & grandpa in the downstairs suite (they couldn't come last minute). They would have had nice privacy. This would work well for adults or families and is nicely appointed. It was also a great Kohala location close to all we like to do. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again:)
This is a review of the customer service with Jann, the owner. We were planning on renting this home but our group size unexpectedly increased so we were no longer able to do so. Communicating with Jann was effortless. She was responsive, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, welcoming and available for any and all questions in a timely manner. We would love to rent this property and especially work with her when we return to the Big Island.
This condo was well kept and included every upgrade imaginable. It was clean and there were instructions provided to use the electronics and other things in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the views were spectacular. We loved our time here. The hosts were lovely and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone else going to the Kohala coast.
