Beautifully appointed, this house offers, private pool and jacuzzi, cozy fireplace with plenty of seating for an intimate gathering or a family marshmallow roast, Huge built in BBQ terrific for entertaining, ground level trampoline for the kids to enjoy or to get some exercise.

The interior boasts hardwood maple floors, tile, spa like Tuscan master bath with separate tub and shower. Flat screen TV with DVD player in main living room, surround sound, and speakers throughout home for music enjoyment. Huge well equip gathering kitchen with great room. Well kept property!

This fit our needs perfectly. Larger backyard than we expected so that's where we spent most of our time, house has very open layout, clean, great beds. Owners were prompt in responding. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.

Dad and Adult Sons Golf Adventure

Excellent location off Highway 60 with nearby shopping.

Fantastic kitchen and living room. Great garage.

The bar b que and back yard hot tub and fireplace were favorites that we used each nite.

Very cordial dealings with the owner. A great location for

golf and access to Mesa.I would strongly reccommend this

listing to my friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house worked great for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, well furnished house and beautiful yard with pool and hot tub. It could not have been better for us!

I feel this house could be 5 stars with just a few updates, upgrades and a deep cleaning.

After arriving late we found the ice machine not working and no ice trays. The coffee maker was old and the lid broken. There was a pair of dirty socks left behind a bedroom curtain. Kitchen cupboards & drawers could use a deep cleaning. Hot water heater could be turned up; only had warm showers. No pool toys were furnished. Couldn't open the side gate to take out the garbage bins as requested by owner. Landscape could've been kept up a little better and flowers planted in the pots like the photos depicted.

I trust these suggestions will help in making this house a better place to stay.

Owner's Response: We always welcome feedback from our guests. We also welcome communication, that is if an issue does arise we have the capability to remedy it as soon as possible. As owners we would like to be made aware of mechanical problems right away, ie: hot water. Our goal is always to have our guests taken care of and have a comfortable vacation. We will make every effort for that to happen.

We were coming into town for my sister's wedding,we planned on staying for a week,,and what a week it was. This house could not have been better. Plenty of space,things to keep kids busy,so close to everything we needed to get to. Great neighborhood,great times. We will definitely rent here again.

Why Courtney Jasper chose Augusta Ranch

This property was our former home. We put lots of love and care into the property, and will move back when our kids are grown, and move on to college or their own family home. We love the area and the convenience to everything. Minutes to lakes, the river, parks and many indoor recreation activities. Truly an thoughtful floorplan for multiple couples or families to gather in the great room but have privacy of their own bedroom, but not feel cramped.

What makes this house unique

Close to Numerous outdoor activities, hiking, biking, water-skiing, river tubing, etc. Minutes from downtown nightlife and culture. Freeway convenient to the new SPRING TRAINING facilities. Central location, great safe, (security patrolled) quiet, neighborhood.

Don't miss the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona and the GRAND CANYON! An easy drive from the phoenix metro area, breathtaking scenery, true native culture. One of the 'Wonders of the World' Or visit the ruins at Montezuma. Three beautiful lakes within 1-2 hours East of the home, Plenty of great hiking, in Queen Creek or at the Superstition Mountains, mountain biking trails within a short drive, Visit the Queen Creek Olive Mill and sample all the local Olive oil produced and have a delicious lunch.

Purchasing trip insurance is recommended. Missed nights due to travel difficulties or early departures are non refundable by owner. Purchasing independent travel insurance is encouraged.
