Beautiful and convenient

Our group had a wonderful vacation in Maui and #206 was the perfect place for the 3 of us (Mom, daughter and nanny) to call home for our 8 day vacation. The location couldn't be any more convenient, with a peek a boo view to Kama'ole II beach, a very short walk away. The grounds of the hotel were immaculately maintained, beautiful gardens, pool close by and a terrific Weber BBQ just out the back door. The unit itself was updated, clean and roomy. Every possible convenience has been thought of and included, from the beach chairs, boogie boards, blender & books to the beach balls. We loved it and next time in Maui we will definitely be booking #206.

Our Favorite!

We stayed in your lovely condo in 2011 and chose to stay again when we recently visited Maui with friends for 14 days in September. F-206 is head and shoulders over other condos we have stayed in — the only one we’ve rented twice and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Everything we need, from cooking utensils to beach chairs, is in the condo. The location is perfect -- across the street from 3 of the best beaches on Maui -- great eating and shopping right down the street. The King beds are extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The condo is clean — no crumbs or drips in/on cupboards or drawers. Toilets, showers, sinks and mirrors are clean — no hair, sand or gunk in corners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Maui time and can’t wait to go back. And when we do, you’ll hear from us. Maui is our favorite Hawaiian island, Kihei is our favorite town, and F-206 is our favorite condo!

Great Location

My family stayed at this property over Xmas and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is fantastic as it is away from the business of Kihei as well as right across the street from Kamaole Beach 2 which was one of our favorite beaches. The building this unit is in is literally the first building as you turn into the property and this made it very convenient to carry your things to and from the beach as well as go back for lunch each day without having to get in a car and drive. It is on the 2nd floor so was more private than the 1st floor condos if you want to sit out and use the patio. The condo is well stocked with all the conveniences of home and even comes with a cooler and beach chairs which were awesome for the beach. There were also spices and other condiments in the cupboards which was nice so you didn't have to buy a full bottle of them. There is a lot of space with the 2 bedrooms separated by the kitchen and living area. There is parking right outside this building and we were able to get a spot for most of our time there only having to use the main parkade a couple of times. The owner Adam quickly responded to any of our inquiries and was very easy to deal with. We would definitely consider renting this property again should we return to Maui in the future!

awesome place and location

We have stayed at this property more than once and are very happy with it. Well maintained and well stocked. Great proximity to beaches and restaurants. Sandy beach just across the road. Decent snorkeling. Whale watching. Walking trail along the ocean. Places to eat - Club 808 (you can bring your own wine and beer) Moose's - always fun and good food. Freds Mexican restaurant. Great cinnamon bun place in the strip mall. S & P is a great side street outside café with great coffee, fresh mango juice and amazing fruit parfait. would not hesitate to stay at this unit - owners are very accommodating!

Early issues handled perfectly!

First off, this is a great unit. We had friends in a nearby room, and it wasn't even close to as nice as ours was. We had an early issue when the room hadn't been cleaned before our arrival, but Adam took care of it immediately and completely to our satisfaction. I would stay in this unit again, and will try to get this location again the next time we are in Maui. Hopefully very soon!

Amazing Location

What an amazing condo for rent. Very nicely decorated with all you could ever want in a rental. Our week went by so quickly we didn't want to leave beautiful Maui. Excellent location to the pool and beach. Thank you Adam for a wonderful week vacation. We will be returning sooner rather than later.
