Our first floor 3BR/2BA corner unit comfortably sleeps eight and is located just across the street from the clubhouse and pool. Flatscreen TV`s in every room, books, games and DVD's will keep the whole family entertained!
The living area has a new sleeper sofa and a love seat, and flatscreen TV. Adjacent to this is the dining area which comfortably seats six. There is a screened porch off the main living area leading out to the beautifully landscaped grounds.
The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you will need during your stay. Extras including a George Foreman grill and a crockpot make eating-in extremely convenient! In addition, there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
We also provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, a pack and play, stroller and booster chair. We provide free local calls as well as free wifi.
Our management company is P&M Property Management and the owners, Paula and Michael also own the clubhouse store. They are very hands-on and are onsite all the time to provide assistance to our guests.
Windsor Hills is a family friendly, gated community and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a myriad of free activities including a large lagoon style swimming pool with water slide, wet deck and hot tub. In addition, there is a fitness center; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; a putting green; ping pong and pool tables; three playgrounds; movie theatre and sundries shop located in the clubhouse. You can enjoy all of these activities before or after visiting the many parks and other attractions in the Orlando area.
Our family uses the condo several times a year and we hope our guests will enjoy it as much as we do.
Our family is originally from Massachusetts and now spend time traveling between MA and Florida.

We looked at over 20 units in the buying process. We liked the 1st floor convenience and the proximity to the pool. Our unit is building #5 on the maps of Windsor Hills. The unit is a 3 minute walk to the pool but being across the street means less foot-traffic in front of the unit and no noise from the pool. The first floor is great for unloading the car and for the kids to go back and forth to the pool.
Our unit is unique because we use the condo ourselves several times a year, as opposed to units that are purchased purely as investment rental property with absentee owners. On every visit we do paint touch-ups, restock items, and make sure the unit is as advertised for our guests. We of course rely on our management company for cleanings and repairs and to be on call should our guests need any assistance during their stay. Our management company, P&M Management also owns the store at the clubhouse so they are onsite, which we feel is key to addressing our guests needs in a timely manner. Having worked with large management companies as an owner and a renter I was often frustrated with the lack of response when problems arose.
We do our best to make sure our guests can enjoy our unit as much as we do.
This is our 3 Rd time staying at Windsor Hills and our first time renting this condo from Kristen. She is a delight to do business with. Always responds quickly. The condo is actually nicer than the pictures and very convenient to the main Windsor Hills pool because it is on the ground floor. It is very clean and has a convenient keypad so no need to use real keys. We stayed as 2 families for one week and just our family of 4 for the second week. It's so handy having a washing machine and dryer. There are lots of pillows and blankets and towels. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but we mostly just ate breakfast here and ate out for our other meals. Windsor Hills is an ideal location close to everything. I will certainly look to stay here again on our next vacation to Florida.
My husband and I just stayed in this great condo for a week's getaway with the kids and had a great time! The condo is well maintained and has all the comforts of home. The location is literally minutes from the park and from the grocery store, fast food, etc which made it so easy to stock up for the parks and not break the bank on eating out or in the parks! The condo is also just 5-10 minutes from the gates, taking the back roads and avoiding most lights which was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again! The owner was great to work with and always made sure we had all we needed!
We just finished up a two week stay here and this condo was a great landing spot for us. First of all, it was clean. Nothing worse than getting to a place only to find it gross. Second, it was close to the pool, which is great since Windsor Hills is a large place and many people have to drive just to get to the club house and pool. Third, it's on the ground level. My parents joined us for this trip, and my dad is on oxygen and has limited mobility. The first floor location made it possible for us to stay here. Finally, it is very close to Disney Parks, especially if you use the Griffin Road shortcut. (Exit left out of the main entrance of Windsor Hills, take a right on Irlo Bronson highway, turn right at Griffin Road (there is a stop light there). Take the road all the way down to the blinking red light, make a left and follow signs for the parks. Easy and fast)
The only drawback was the slow wifi. Being there two weeks meant my husband had to work while we there and the internet was not fast enough to support skype calls. Kristen offered to have someone come out and check it out, but with my dad being there we didn't want any extra interruptions. My husband went out and bought an ethernet plug which he plugged directly into the router and then the speed was great. Something to think about if you need internet while there.
Also, there is a note posted asking you to not turn the air conditioning below 75 degrees. We were there in November so it was fine, but not sure how I would feel about that in the middle of summer.
Helpful tip: "Amazon Prime Now" delivers here and you can have things delivered in two hours. It was a great service that we used a couple of times.
Overall we had a great time and this was a great place to stay!
Relaxing stay after 4 days at the parks. Just minutes from everywhere you would want to go in the Orlando area so staying here is also great if you want to make this your home base. Kristen was one of the best people we have dealt with in our travels and vacation renting. Unit is as advertised, really couldn't ask for more and Windsor Hills is a great and safe place to visit. Will definitely look here again on our next visit and we have already passed it on to some friends looking for a place to stay on their upcoming trip....Really couldn't ask for anything better !!!! This place was perfect. Only 10 minutes from condo parking to disney parking! The condo was pretty close to the pool which was very nice. Much better than a hotel room!and for our group size it is much cheaper also
We spent 3 nights in the condo and we were very pleased. This was the second time we were at Windsor Hills, the family really enjoys the community. The unit was clean, well equipped and spacious for a family of 5. It was also a short walk to the pool. Windsor Hills is located close to all the parks, shopping and other attractions. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
