About the property

Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8),

Our first floor 3BR/2BA corner unit comfortably sleeps eight and is located just across the street from the clubhouse and pool. Flatscreen TV`s in every room, books, games and DVD's will keep the whole family entertained!

We also provide a complimentary welcome kit that includes the following: kitchen roll,  dish detergent, clothes detergent, additional garbage bags, dish washer tablets, dish cloths and sponges.

The living area has a new sleeper sofa and a love seat, and flatscreen TV. Adjacent to this is the dining area which comfortably seats six. There is a screened porch off the main living area leading out to the beautifully landscaped grounds.

The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you will need during your stay. Extras including a crockpot make eating-in extremely convenient! In addition, there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

We also provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, a pack and play, stroller and booster chair. We provide free local calls as well as free wifi.

Our management company is P&M Property Management and the owners, Paula and Michael treat our condo as if it is their own. They are very hands-on and are onsite all the time to provide assistance to our guests.

Windsor Hills is a family friendly, gated community and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a myriad of free activities including a large lagoon style swimming pool with water slide, wet deck and hot tub. In addition, there is a fitness center; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; a putting green; ping pong and pool tables; three playgrounds; movie theatre and sundries shop located in the clubhouse. You can enjoy all of these activities before or after visiting the many parks and other attractions in the Orlando area.

Our family uses the condo several times a year and we hope our guests will enjoy it as much as we do.

About The Owner

Our family is originally from Massachusetts and now spend time traveling between MA and Florida.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2006

Why The Owner chose Kissimmee

We looked at over 20 units in the buying process. We liked the 1st floor convenience and the proximity to the pool. Our unit is building #5 on the maps of Windsor Hills. The unit is a 3 minute walk to the pool but being across the street means less foot-traffic in front of the unit and no noise from the pool. The first floor is great for unloading the car and for the kids to go back and forth to the pool.

What makes this condo unique

Our unit is unique because we use the condo ourselves several times a year, as opposed to units that are purchased purely as investment rental property with absentee owners. On every visit we do paint touch-ups, restock items, and make sure the unit is as advertised for our guests. We of course rely on our management company for cleanings and repairs and to be on call should our guests need any assistance during their stay. The owners of our management company, Paula and Michael, are also former owners at Windsor Hills as well. Their experience as owners themselves we feel is key to understanding the need to address any guest needs in a timely manner. Paula and Michael and their team are on site frequently and are extremely fast to respond when our guests request assitance.

We do our best to make sure our guests can enjoy our unit as much as we do!

Clean and spacious

We were in town for the Wine and Dine 1/2 Marathon at Disney. We had four runners in our group and it was nice to have a condo to relax in during our down time. Condo was clean and spacious. The lighting in the kitchen and the master bath were not good, but I think the light bulbs just needed to be replaced. We would stay here again for future races.

Great Place to Stay!

This condo is a nice place to stay. Very convenient to Disneyworld and you miss all the traffic getting there. Condo is on the ground floor so easy to bring luggage in/out. The beds were comfortable, TV in all three bedrooms, the furnishings were comfortable and nice, and everything was very clean.

Please Note: There are no spices for cooking, no kitchen staples including flour/sugar/aluminum foil, etc, and no coffee filters!

For guests who stay longer it would be nice if we could leave the basics like salt and pepper but unfortunately due to health code restrictions we cannot leave any food items (including spices, etc) in the unit. Any food that is left by the previous guest must be disposed of. As stated on our listing and in the check-in instructions our welcome pack includes soap and toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, clothes detergent, additional garbage bags, etc. Coffee filters, wrap, and other basic items can be purchased at the clubhouse store or the Publix nearby. Property was perfect , had everything we needed and more.

Perfect location for all the attractions . The swimming pool was a real hit with my girls. The welcome pack e.g. bin bags toilet roll washing powder/liquid a real good touch especially when unfamiliar with location of shops.

A wonderful place to stay!

We were here for 10 days. My family told me over and over again what a great job I had done on finding this place! Seriously the best! It’s so close to the Magic Kingdom-literally minutes-and close to all the other parks. It was perfect for our whole family! We will definitely be staying here from now on for every vacation that we go on. We had an issue with the lock, my dad contacted the PM and it was fixed immediatley. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but if you wanted to you have everything you’d need. Water stayed hot for all our showers. Easy to find. I could go on because we were so happy with this place! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great place to stay for Disney vacation

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The condo is literally minutes from Disney and was a wonderful home base. Kristen was very nice and accommodating. Had a great time. Will definitely be returning.
