Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8),
Our first floor 3BR/2BA corner unit comfortably sleeps eight and is located just across the street from the clubhouse and pool. Flatscreen TV`s in every room, books, games and DVD's will keep the whole family entertained!
We also provide a complimentary welcome kit that includes the following: kitchen roll, dish detergent, clothes detergent, additional garbage bags, dish washer tablets, dish cloths and sponges.
The living area has a new sleeper sofa and a love seat, and flatscreen TV. Adjacent to this is the dining area which comfortably seats six. There is a screened porch off the main living area leading out to the beautifully landscaped grounds.
The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you will need during your stay. Extras including a crockpot make eating-in extremely convenient! In addition, there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
We also provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, a pack and play, stroller and booster chair. We provide free local calls as well as free wifi.
Our management company is Mid-Florida Home Management. They treat our condo as if it is their own. They are very hands-on and are onsite all the time to provide assistance to our guests.
Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out at 10:00am. Early check-in/late check-out can be arranged based on availability, please request upon reservation.
Windsor Hills is a family friendly, gated community and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a myriad of free activities including a large lagoon style swimming pool with water slide, wet deck and hot tub. In addition, there is a fitness center; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; a putting green; ping pong and pool tables; three playgrounds; movie theatre and sundries shop located in the clubhouse. You can enjoy all of these activities before or after visiting the many parks and other attractions in the Orlando area.
Our family uses the condo several times a year and we hope our guests will enjoy it as much as we do.

About Property Manager
Our family is originally from Massachusetts and now spend time traveling between MA and Florida.

Why Property Manager chose Four Corners
We looked at over 20 units in the buying process. We liked the 1st floor convenience and the proximity to the pool. Our unit is building #5 on the maps of Windsor Hills. The unit is a 3 minute walk to the pool but being across the street means less foot-traffic in front of the unit and no noise from the pool. The first floor is great for unloading the car and for the kids to go back and forth to the pool.
What makes this Condo unique
Our unit is unique because we use the condo ourselves several times a year, as opposed to units that are purchased purely as investment rental property with absentee owners. On every visit we do paint touch-ups, restock items, and make sure the unit is as advertised for our guests. We of course rely on our management company for cleanings and repairs and to be on call should our guests need any assistance during their stay. Mid-Florida Home Management, owned by Chris and Michelle Rice are very hands-on and provide excellent service. We do our best to make sure our guests can enjoy our unit as much as we do!

Lovely space in gated community!
My adult daughters and I recently stayed here for three nights. The layout worked well for us (3 bdrms) and the decor was very nice. The pool was nice on the property was great and the fitness room appreciated. We were confused by not receiving a door code prior to our arrival which took a few phone calls to receive. The check out time was also unclear, On the VRBO app it was stated at 11 AM. All the signage said 10. I made three attempts to clarify and was never able to talk to someone who knew for sure. We left at 10. BTW, we Ubered back and forth to Universal Studios, worked well and cheaper than parking!
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. As you said, with uber now it is very easy to go back and forth to the parks and saving on parking is a bonus!
I am very sorry about the confusion with the check-in and check-out process. I had e-mailed you the code with your final confirmation e-mail on the 17th of April and was not aware that you had not received it. As soon as our managment company let me know about the confusion with check-in I contacted you but did not hear back so I did not realize that you were unsure of the check-out time as well. I have already edited our listing so the check-out time is noted in the description in several different places (as well as in the information in the condo) and will make it more clear on the rental voucher as well. Thank you for the feedback and again I am sorry for the confusion.

Great, clean condo!
We had a fantastic stay in this condo. It is exactly as pictured. Very clean and furniture and appliances were in good shape. Kristen was great to work with and always answered emails quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property complex is very clean with great security and the apartment is very clean as well.
The location of the property is very close to main roads and/or highways. It's a very safe complex with a friendly entrance staff. There is a Walmart just few minutes away and many restaurants nearby. The layout of the apartment makes it cozy with a family feeling touch. We would come back again.
