About Eric Booker

I grew up in Clarkston, Michigan. I'm one of 6 children, and my father moved us to Naples, Fl back in 1977 after his retirement. I'm currently a real estate agent with Keating Associates, and do sports entertainment on the Pga Tour. Mostly golf outings ! I own multiple properties in Naples, and manage clients home for them as well.

Eric Booker purchased this house in 2001

Why Eric Booker chose Naples

This property is located close to downtown Naples, and the beaches. Its also walking distance to the ' Real Macaw' restaurant. It has a bar and serves Caribbean cuisine. Also theres a nice coffee shop a block from the house that serves breakfast in the morning. The botanical gardens is close as well.

Perfectly located vacation home in Old Naples

  • 5 of 5

You are couple or family up to six looking for a perfectly located and nicely decorated vacation house in Old Naples, you just found it. This home will welcome you nicely decorated and with charming details. You will feel relaxed from the very first moment entering, but sitting on the veranda having your first morning coffee or your last glass of wine forr the day, heaven on earth. If you wanna go down town 5th., to the beaches or just crawling Tin City, just few minutes and you are there. The house provides bicycles too, so you if you are the more sporty guy you can even enjoy cruising along the canals reaching down town in some 20 minutes. Eric the owner is a very helpful but discreete person living just few miles away, but if you need him for advise, help, whatsoever, he show up by return. So what else you need for your perfect vacation house in such lovely destination as Naples is. We hopefully coming back soon. Matt and Steff, Hamburg, Germany

Perfect Vacation House: Quiet, Private, Excellent Views, Nicely Decorated, and Close to 5th Ave

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I rented this house from Jan. 4-31, 2013. It was the first time we had rented in Naples or used VRBO, and we weren't sure what to expect. But the house was all it appeared to be in the listing photos and more, and the owner, Eric Booker, was helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We spent a lot of our time on the 2nd floor back porch watching the sun rise on our left and set on our right, with only the tinkling of the pool on the patio below for background noise. We went to the beach most days, and enjoyed coming back to the house and dipping in the salt water pool. The house's open floor plan and 2 storey ceilings in the living room/kitchen/dining area make for easy living and lots of light and air. We would rent this house again and strongly recommend it to anyone else.

Charming homewith pool on canal #176606

  • 5 of 5

Charming is an understatement for this home. It is even better than it is described. It is so lovely, with absolutely everything one needs right at hand the minute you arrive. The layout of this "beach type" home is spectacular. Light and bright and lots of room with unique decor. It was just what we were looking for. The master suite is very large with its' own en suite bath and a huge walk in closet. Nice supply of fluffy towels and nice bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and very roomy. We enjoyed its' close proximity to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and other points of interest, yet it is situated in a quiet, serene neighborhood. We enjoyed the deck at night and the pool by day.(what a view!) The home was very very clean and so comfortable. The owner, Eric, is a super nice guy and made sure we felt at home and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We have visited the area many times and this is our new favorite! We will be back. I will definitely recommend this to our friends. This is THE PERFECT VACATION HOME!

Definately worth it

  • 5 of 5

Shopped around extensively for a nice family house in the area for a three week stay. I was glad I found this one as it was great value in terms of the superior quality of the facilities and price.

House was perfect for a group of 6 people--two adults and four teenagers--everything the house had was of superior quality and the owner available to help out. House is exactly as shown in video tour found at http://www.zarqastreet.com/video_2736_gulfview_drive.html

Property is located in a quiet neighbourhood full of locals and a short driving distance from Old Naples and the beach.

Highly recommended and llok forward to returning soonest

This is The One

Do not hesitate to rent this lovely home.

Eric, the owner, lives close by and is there for any advice, if there is a problem, or just to sit had have a cup of tea with. It faces south so the sun rises on the left and sets on the right, in such a spectacular manner it became a nightly task to watch it from the balcony Margahritta in hand.

There are two restaurants you can walk to, honestly just three minutes, one Italian (Sapporito) and one funky Caribbean (The Real Macaw), great to have a drink with your meal and not have to drive home.

The beds are comfortable, furniture is comfortable, huge TV with dvd/video, Ipod player, loads of fluffy towels, even dressing gowns, soaps, washing powder, paper products, table tennis, pool table, x-box, putting green, attractive gardens, etc.,etc., all perfectly clean and cared for.

You are in East Naples which is mostly undeveloped as far as tourist accommodation is concerned, so you are in what is really a residential area with folks just going about their business quietly. We have stayed in other areas where there are lots of rentals and there you are likely to end up next door to a stag or hen party. You are 5 minutes drive from Downtown, the restaurants, the Historic Area, beach and pier.

Eric works really hard to ensure there is everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. He even bought us a tea-pot. Us Brits must have our tea!

We stayed for 4 weeks January 2009.
