Sandy Bottom LLC are four partners who purchased this terrific shore house as investment property. Great Place to Relax, Unwind and be with family. We have been vacationing here for the past 30 years - loved it soooo much, we decided to join together and purchase a home.

Simple life with love, laughter, many activities that you can enjoy. Enjoy The skate park located down the street. Playground and dog park also located close by.

Thanks for the use of the house last week. Things were great and we boated striped bass almost every day. The house was a perfect fit as it's very comfortable and close to the 18th street marina.

Always a pleasure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our first time renting the upstairs which is open and light filled. The deck was perfect, allowing our dog the freedom to go right out the sliding doors, and for us to enjoy the summer-like temps. The house has everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect beach house!

This house was perfect for us and our three kids. The house had everything we need, from games to the tv's in all rooms to central AC. We loved the tractor ride to the beach, which made it fun and easy. All in all, we will be back!

We love Sandy Bottoms

This past stay was our third and like the others much enjoyed. We love the quiet neighborhood, the friendly neighbors and proximity to the dunes and beach. Our little Westie has also made a friend on the block which makes coming back extra special. The house has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. It is true that being on the first floor you can hear footsteps, etc. above but for the two out of three times we were there no one had rented the second floor unit. Also would like to mention that we leave the rental in a far cleaner state than it is when we arrive.

The perfect vacation spot

This is our 5th year going to Sandy Bottoms. Each year we are so sad to leave this wonderful home which is in the best kept part of Long Beach Island. The house is pristine,everything one needs is there and is in excellent working order. We love the walk through the dunes to the ocean and enjoy the quietness of the beach. It is a magical spot and the house is really terrific! We cant wait to go back!! Our dogs love the front porch and the walks on the beach.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This is our 6th or 7th year here. The ONLY place to be on LBI. We rent the downstairs unit and they generously let us bring our dog. The unit is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Every year we notice updates to the place. Just a few minutes walk to the lighthouse and a beautiful few minutes walk through the dunes to the beach. The owners a so easy to deal with. We consider this our home away from home. The only small drawback is that in the downstairs unit you can hear footsteps above you. Highly recommended.

Quiet Off-Season Retreat

This rental offered my husband and I (and our small dog) the off-season getaway we were seeking. The house had everything we needed even though we brought a few basic kitchen items of our own. Located three houses from the dunes was a plus. Perfect for us, we hope to go back again!
