both the Sound and the Gulf from the unit.
The condo has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 7 people. All the linens are provided and the
kitchen has everything you need.
There is a pool in the complex for use by the renters. Restaurants and shops are right down the road and the beach trolley stops right outside.
These condos are in one of the best locations on the beach!
I am Kim Lee. I live in Marietta,Ga. with my husband and 2 sons. I lived in Gulf Breeze for 5 years and currently have 2 daughters, a son in law and 2 grandsons in the area. One daughter is a lawyer in Pensacola, one an elementary school teacher and my son in law is a wonderful RN at Sacred Heart. My wonderful son in law is my cleaning person at the condo.
I am a wound care nurse in a large outpatient wound center in Marietta, working full time and my husband is a sales manager, traveling full time.
This condo is my second home and is very important to me. I am there as often as is possible for obvious reasons.
I really like to talk to the people who will be renting from me. I find that this allows both parties to build trust and I like to feel as if I know the folks who will be stay in my home.
The condo location is a wonderful place for small children and really most every one. I enjoy the privacy of our sound beach and sometimes never make it to the gulf side.

This is the second time we have stayed in this particular unit (4th time staying at LaBahia). We absolutely love this location. It's not a large complex so the beach is not crowded and is practically right outside the door. My grandchildren call this the 'little beach' as it is the Santa Rosa Sound and calmer than the 'big beach' (the Gulf just across the street). The pool for the complex is rarely crowded as well, many days we had it to ourselves for some of the time. Kim is great to work with, responds right away to questions and I've had no problems with anything. The condo itself has everything needed in the kitchen...having a large group we ate in most of the time. Beds are comfortable, rest of condo clean and comfortable. I will definitely not hesitate to rent from Kim again.
The villa had everything we could ask for. Plenty of space for our family and well supplied with amenities for our stay. The pictures don't do it justice and we were very pleasantly surprised by how beautifully the unit was decorated and furnished. Oh! and the beach! Just steps from your front door! If that isn't enought, the gulf beach was just across the street. We will definitely consider staying here again as well as recommending it to family and friends. Kim, the owner is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with.
This home is perfect! I have stayed at la Bahia before and this was the most kid friendly and family friendly home we have ever been too! I can't wait to go back! The beds were so comfortable! We loved it!
This condo was exquisite! The pics do not do justice to how beautiful this place really is. We are a 6 person family and had more than enough room, and everything we needed to stay for the entire week! The owner is very kind and easy to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our family. We are definitely planning a return trip next year!!
Love this property! This condo is great. We stay with another couple and between us we have 3 kids. .They love the bunk beds and the hermit crabs. We have stayed here at least twice in this condo and in another (same complex) the year we didn't book fast enough :) This condo has great details. All of the things a great cook would need. The owner is top notch to deal with. Love Love Love Pensacola :)
