About this property

The apartment is very large and accommodates up to 6 people with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. In the garden a few meters away there is a 7x4 meter long swimming pool.

The house also has a bathroom and a large sitting room. The flagships are the large veranda (with BBQ) ideal for lunch / dinner with the family and the large garden equipped to live the summer outdoors.

The apartment is surrounded by the countryside but not far from the major cities of Tuscany: about 10km from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, about 30km from Lucca and Pisa and about 100km from Florence.

The building and the entrance from the gate are shared with my family who are on the lower floor. However, we guarantee maximum privacy and quiet and the exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.

The price does not include the cost of energy* (0.60 euros / kW) and gas* (4 euros / m3), to be paid in cash at check-out.
* at the checkin the price may vary based on the inflation of energy and gas providers.

The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September, if weather conditions permit.

From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a tourist tax of 1.50e per person (over 14 years) per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

Urlaub umgeben von Oliven Bäumen.

Ruhiger ort, der Pool war klasse, oliven Bäumen, Grillen, ausruhen das volle Programm. Der einzige Nachteil das waren die Mücken. Gerne empfehle ich dieses Objekt weiter.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt - jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten zwei super Wochen. Alles klappt reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Empfangen wurden wir von Onkel der Vermieterin. Er kann zwar nur italienisch, aber trotzdem klappt alles, vor allem auch weil im Vorfeld alle Infos rechtzeitig von der Vermieterin kommen. Sie ist auch immer zu erreichen. Der Onkel und dessen Vater wohnen im unteren Teil des Hauses, aber man merkt das nicht und sieht sie auch kaum. Das Grundstück ist riesen groß. Unser Hund konnte frei rumlaufen und auch wir konnten uns komplett frei fühlen. Der Pool ist klasse für die nötige Abkühlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Une super location, bien placée avec des personnes très accueillantes et chaleureuses. Au moindre souci, ils sont présents. Une grande maison très agréable lorsque vous partez avec de grands enfants et leurs conjoints. Un coin piscine parfait. Merci à Jennifer pour son hospitalité.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auch als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Der Pool war sehr angenehm auch wenn wir den Kampf gegen einige Mücken verloren haben. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmer fanden wir sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft kann ich ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Danke

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Ein nettes, sauberes gut nutzbares Objekt in wirklich ruhiger Lage. Die Schlafräume sind großzügig gestaltet. Durch die Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafraum sind auch warme Nächte kein Problem. Die Sitzmöbel im Haus sind etwas unbequem. Die Hollywoodschaukel und die Terrassenmöbel/ Gartenstühle sind prima. Der Pool (wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt) verdient seinen Namen und ist eine echte Bereicherung. Idyllische Lage - umgeben von Weinrebeln, Nuss-/ Feigen-/ Birn- und Olivenbäumen. Toller Blick in die Berge. Alle Fragen und Probleme (hatten mal Stromausfall) wurden SOFORT beantwortet bzw behoben. Die Vermieterin selbst ist per Handy IMMER erreichbar. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen im September sehr wohl gefühlt.
