If you are looking for a relaxing, luxury vacation , you can do no better that this tastefully decorated condo in the center of Cancun's Hotel Zone. Fine art and tasteful interior design makes this unit stand out from ALL the rest.

This condo is perfect for 6 adults or family who desire a quiet beach villa . It has three bedrooms with ocean view balconies, two and 1/2 baths, and ultra modern, fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed. The other two bedrooms have one double bed and two twin beds.

This two floor unit is located In front of the central pool and beach entrance. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, cable TV,and wireless internet access ( cable/Internet company services are not as fast and efficient as in the US. We try our best to provide the best . Some services are out of our control)

The apartment is located in the remodeled Villas Marlin Condominium. The complex has 3 pools (including a kid's pool), mini market, travel agency, laundry service,tennis court,and 24 hours manned security with gated, controlled entry.

Villas Marlin is located midpoint of Cancun Island, 15 minutes from the airport, and directly behind Kukulkan Plaza. Kukulkan Plaza is home to Luxury Avenue (Fendi, Cartier, Prada, Swarovski etc.), a variety of restaurant choices (Burger King to Ruth Chris Steak House), clothing and souvenir shops and a Casino. In addition, the newest shopping and entertainment center, 'LA ISLA SHOPPING VILLAGE' is only some 300 yards away. This 'open air' mall also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops, and an aquarium that features 'swimming with the dolphins'. We are a 5 minute taxi ride from Cancun's 'world famous' night clubs and the Party Center.

Maid services are not included in our price. Although, we can schedule maid service for your comfort for extra charges.

This property has minisplits air conditioners in each room (not central air). Cancun is extremely humid and some guests do not understand that minisplits keep room comfortable but not at a constant temperature.

We decided to buy this villa as our vacation home in Cancun. Since we own other properties in the area we decided to share this unit with our guests. October 2013 we sold it to a beautiful family woman with three children. Yet, I am still in charge of her reservations.

We always appreciate the way our guests take care of our unit as their own home. We always make sure our unit is clean, and beautiful for you. Enjoy your vacations!!!

What makes this condo unique

We love this unit mainly for the location and tranquility in the hotel zone. Right in the middle of the hotel zone: malls, restaurant, buses, and taxis at only a few steps from the Villa.

Clean, spacious, awesome walk-out to beach and ocean. Beautiful sun rise!

We are family of 4 (2 adults+2 teenage girls) had a wonderful stay here. Very spacious, more than we needed. It is everything as shown on photos. Nice, quiet, & relaxing. Well equipped kitchen. Pool is nice, the ocean is great! Water is warm, clear, and we couldn't believe how beautiful the colors of the water. Love the waves and the sand. Beach is clean. Good security. Taxi and tour bus drivers know the location. There are always taxis waiting outside the security stand and bus stop is nearby too. We enjoyed our dinners just across the street - La Habichuela Sunset and Fish Fritanaar. A few convenient stores along the streets. We didn't get a chance to eat at the food court in the mall in front of the property, but ice cream at Hagen Das cafe was sweet ; )

Found Starbucks, 5-7 min walk from property, at La Isla Shopping Mall on our last day. We booked online for airport transfers to and from recommended by Yania.

Perfect location for your Cancun visit!

Our family of 8 stayed in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Two youngest slept on the couch. The kitchen was a great place to prepare our meals and we loved the large table in the dining room. We gathered there every evening for food and games! The pools were well kept and we were right on the beach! When we tired of one, went back to the other! You'll love the convenience of grocery shopping right across the street and a mall and several restaurants from which to select within a short walking distance.

Side notes: there is a washer & a dryer, a water cooler with bottled water in kitchen (replacement is $2), security walks the property all the time - felt very safe, the view is amazing from the bedroom balconies, the bathrooms are well done and water pressure is good.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay between Christmas and New Years with our three teenagers. Layout of condo was perfect. Pool and beach were amazing. Ability to shop and eat next store at the mall is a huge plus. Have done several VRBO's around the world and this one is a great value. Yania is super helpful sio you won't be disappointed.

Ótimo lugar, perto de mercado, shopping, praia... Excelente, exatamente como descrito nas especificações e fotos reais do apartamento, ficamos 8 dias que foram perfeitos, paradas de ônibus praticamente em frente ao lugar. Perfeito!! Sempre que enviei perguntas fui respondida com rapidez e precisão, nota 1000. Nossa ferias foram maravilhosas, fomos em 8 pessoas e todas ficaram acomodadas, usamos o sofá para que pudessem dormir, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossos dias. Não tem nenhum ponto negativo, tudo como o esperado, sem contar os rapazes da portaria que eram sempre receptivos e simpáticos, condomínio super seguro. Cancún realmente é um paraíso! Se Deus quiser e tudo permitir com certeza retornaremos..

Awesome vacation!

My husband and three teenagers just returned from our vacation and had an awesome time. The unit is just as described. The beach view is incredible. Very safe place and felt very comfortable letting our kids be at the pool and beach by themselves. There is a grocery store across the street, very convenient. We went on a couple excursions, to xcarat and xexplore both of which were very fun. We booked them with the guy across the street in the mall area right outside the grocery store. Transportation is very easy. Don't be afraid to use the bus system. We went downtown and shopped at mercado 28 which was very fun! Overall a great place to stay and we can't wait to go back
