Stay Here for a great family vacation! Chadham Unit 215, an end unit, is located next to the pool with floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Here at a "Kid Friendly" beach, are areas to explore and you may see Sea Turtles during nesting season. This is a quiet area of the beach with no cars driving on the beach making it safe for families to enjoy.

The unit is beautifully decorated with all of the amenities of home.

About The Owner

I work for Florida Hospital in CT scan as a Lead Technologist.

I also work at First Baptist Church of Orlando as a Audio Engineer, mixing sound for all worship services there.

My co-owner, Wayne is semi retired and plays Piano at his church in the North Georgia Mountains. His wife Pam is a teacher is Georgia.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1996

Why The Owner chose New Smyrna Beach

The Hundleys and I have been great friends for many years. We enjoyed the beach and wanted to have a place over there. So we bought this place for our visit to the beach.

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the peaceful non tourist area at this location. The view is great and we are able to relax and get away from the fast pace of life here.

Paradise!!

We arrived to find everything just perfect! The unit was clean and the view was wonderful!! We fully enjoyed the pool and all the other guests we met were so nice.

Would we stay here again - Most definitely!
