Please be sure to check our reservation calendar for availability - as we keep it as up to date as possible.

Note, If this house is already booked for your desired dates, please inquire about our other properties in the immediate area.

Our home, 'Promise Kept' features a professionally manicured, level, half acre lot that is perfect for games of volleyball, kickball, frizbee, etc.

Our kids (and their cousins) have grown up spending summers at the lake swimming, exploring the shoreline for shells & arrowheads, snorkeling (yes, snorkeling - the water is crystal clear) fishing and water skiing.

Our home offers a natural shale stone beach stretching over 115' with gradual water depth. The beach is absolutely ideal for toasting marshmallows at night around a fire ring, or cooking over an open fire.

We have all the modern amenities one could ask for: central heat and AC, a modern cherry kitchen, newer appliances, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths & and a full sized washer/dryer. The entire main level has hardwood flooring and features a vaulted great room with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that offer a panoramic, MILLION DOLLAR VIEW of one of the widest parts of Seneca Lake.

We've spent many relaxing evenings on the deck with friends and family taking in the amazing views and enjoying a bottle of fine wine from one of the many local wineries - and invite you to do the same!

Also, this is ***THE PERFECT*** home base for your wine tasting excursion - as we are located directly on the famed Seneca Lake Wine Trail in the exact middle of Seneca Lake along the western shoreline.

Please inquire about 2 night rentals. When we do a 2 night rental we rent the house for $450/night.

You will love absolutely love this house!

Best Regards,

Todd.

Why Todd Cerino chose Keuka Lake

The Finger Lakes are one of the last 'undiscovered' great vacation destinations that I know of. The wineries and the outdoor activities available are without comparison on the east coast and offer a very unique combination of things to do. We chose to purchase this particular home mainly because of the size and configuration of the lot and the beach (1/2 acre, level yard with easy access to the beach and a great area for swimming), the views and the layout of the house - which is VERY open due to the great room and the wall of windows facing the water. You really feel like the lake is a part of the house because of how the home is sited and because of the wall of windows and the wraparound deck. We simply did not see any other home that was comparable.

Awesome Thanksgiving location!

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in this beautiful house on Seneca Lake for the past 2 Thanksgivings. It is perfect for our elderly Moms who have difficulty with stairs. There are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level so once they are in the house, they are all set. The kitchen, living room, and dining room areas have been perfect for hosting our Thanksgiving gatherings and Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room downstairs with another full bathroom and half bathroom a few steps away, and the views cannot be beat!

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your kind words. We love the fact that you have chosen our home as your venue for Thanksgiving with your family. We've had several Thanksgivings at the house with immediate and extended family, and have many great memories at the house during the holiday season. Nothing like eating a gourmet Thanksgiving Day meal, enjoying some local wine, and being able to take in the views from the dinner table!

GREAT LOCATION AND VIEW

  • 4 of 5

great location with an awesome view of the Lake. The open living, dining and kitchen was great for our group. The hot tub was full of leaves and not inviting. Make sure to bring extra blankets as there is not one extra if you get a little chilly. Overall great place for the money.

Not at all what we expected

  • 2 of 5

What a disappointment. I felt like we were duped by photos and descriptions. After not being able to rent a BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE house we previously rented on Seneca last year, we were forced to look for a different house. This one peaked our interest because of location and hot tub. Well, where should I start.. Home was extremely outdated, furniture was really worn out, beds were hard and mine squeezed every time I turned over. If you had to sleep in the basement during cool weather forget about it: the furnace was really loud and turned on and off all night long. The bathrooms were dirty, towels were Walmart quality washed 1,000 times, and they only gave you a thin sheet and thin quilt on the beds. Not one extra blanket in the whole place. There was a dirty tissue under my bed, and a few of the lamps didn't work. Oh! The best was the hot tub was not working when we arrived. The owner did get someone to come out the NEXT day, but even the repair guy said it was complete crap. He got it to heat up, but no jets. Plus it was filthy. We complained to the owner and he said we should of called him..really? Since when should you have to call AFTER you've arrived to have the house cleaned?? Last I checked everything should be cleaned before guest arrive. So long story, but NO I would not recommend this place (especially for the $$) unless you have really low expectations of what a rental property should be.

Owner's Response: My guests that stayed the weekend of Oct 22-25 submitted two reviews for the same weekend, so I will respond the same to both. Unfortunately, the hot tub was damaged by our prior guests. I had my spa serviceman out within 12 hours of speaking to these guests. My serviceman replaced the heating element and I ordered new jets and a new spa cover the same day. The "dirt" was actually small pieces of the old cover. Unfortunately, that is the best I can do given the extent of spa services available in the area. A refund of one night stay was mailed to the guests - though perhaps not on their timetable. These guests stayed for 3 nights. They notified me of their opinion of the condition of the house on the day of their departure. This, after we spoke at length about the hot tub and I outlined my plan to have it serviced asap. Once they left, I asked my house keepers to send me "before" and "after" photos of the house when they arrived to clean the property. Needless to say, I will let my other 20+ reviews speak for themselves. Also, all bed linens are brand new as of September 2015.

Not all it's cracked up to be. Subpar for the $$$

  • 1 of 5

The only thing this place has going for it is location to several wineries/breweries. We booked this property because of the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in working condition, it wouldn't heat up and the jets weren't working. The cover was broke, and the inside was dirty. After calling the owner a maintenance guy game out on Saturday. His comment was...this really needs to be replaced. He did repair it enough to get the water up to temperature but upon entering the hot tub most of the jet pieces were floating on top and not generating any jet flow. The owner needs to have someone checking on his cleaning service. Overhead fans looked like they hadn't been dusted in months. The downstairs bathroom had pealing wallpaper and moldy ceiling. The kitchen table has seating for 6 with 4 extra odd chairs. So don't expect to sit down with more than 6 people for a comfortable dinner. If you are sleeping in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, expect the furnace to keep waking you up, especially the bedroom with the lever doors. I'm really not a picky person but when you are spending that kind of money you expect more. We've rented other winery weekend properties that were above and beyond this place for less money. Unfortunately owner indicated he would be refunding us one nights stay for the issues but we haven't receive a dime.
