You have all new furniture and Bosch applicances. Extensive mirror work throughout the living room, dining room and bedroom adds to sense of openness throughout. There are two flatscreen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
This is a great choice for couples or a family of four as we have a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Unlike some of the units, there is no direct view into it from other units, so it is very private.
You have your choice of multiple pools, with 'Baja Shelf', water slides. Other amenities include gazebos, cabanas, poolside food and beverage service and more.
Barbeques are conveniently located near the beach side of the resort so you can enjoy your favorite steak cooked to perfection.
The resort charges a $20 per day parking/resort fee which is included in the quote from VRBO on inquiries made after January 13, 2019. In inquiries before that date, it is added after you book.
There are mulitple restaurants nearby including Duke's Beachhouse Restaurant and Aina Gourmet Market which are on the property.
Fully equipped gymnasiums are availabe so you don't miss the opportunity to work out if that is in your vacation plan. There will be construction on the rear part of this property and we do not know yet if there will be any noise impact. This unit is located on the 8th floor and the construction is only a two story building. Our prices take this into account.
If our housekeeping team determines there are excessive cleaning requirements after your check-out, there will be an additional charge deducted from your Security Deposit to cover this extra cost. This is rare because most people treat the condominium as they would their own home, but some do not. Be sure to receive your full Security Deposit refund by treating this condo respectfully. This fee is separate from the Accidental Damage Insurance you choose.
There is construction occurring on the rear side of the property, but the noise impact is usually minimal to moderate and does not impact the pool or beach area. This is taken into consideration in our pricing at this time, which is significantly less per night than the front desk price for an identical condo in this location.
