GUEST COMMENTS

'Beautifully furnished home and ideal location. We hit Rodeo Drive to the Fashion District and everything in between and only used a 1/2 tank of gas! Very comfortable environment, with all the amenities we needed in a classic-style home. '"We will be back"

Perfect base for visiting our so-Cal family in Midtown LA and Pasadena. Conveniently located near many stylish restaurants on Melrose, Beverly, and 3rd--and close to our favorites, The Grove and Farmers Market, as well as Larchmont Village. Good base for tourists sightseeing farther afield--the beach at Santa Monica, Disneyland etc. Lovely, peaceful haven to return to after a day on the Freeways (!). LA traffic still and forever epic. Charming decor and as the French say, toutes les conforts--every comfort. Treesa is a gracious, sophisticated hostess and there are so many thoughtful touches.

About Treesa Robinson

Hey There! Life has been quite a fun ride. Born in Texas- on a quarter horse ranch-- big hats, belt buckles and hair! Then swept in Los Angeles to live a very magical life in the hills and beach of our fabulous city. Met everyone.. did everything.. loved every minute. And so will you. I have worked as a party planner -- so no request will seem too detailed and I want you to call on me to help you seek the best of our fair city. I am now an interior designer and love to make people happy with style and comfort.

Why Treesa Robinson chose Melrose

I raised my daughter in this house and started a little business making baby shoes. The business grew and we moved to Santa Barbara. We loved it here and found the neighborhood charming and safe, I never want to sell this house. We poured much love into the remodel and will always keep this home for friends and relatives that need their LA Home!

What makes this house unique

Location! Location! Location! Located right by the best walking area of West Hollywood (between Santa Monica Blvd. and Melrose), this house is exactly where you should be in Los Angeles! That is, close to the Sunset strip, the shops, the restaurants and the nightlife and just a few minutes away from Beverly Hills and Hollywood! The house which was custom redone in 2010-- with its combination of old world architecture with modern updates; hickory hard wood floor; Venetian plaster walls; a custom designed kitchen; bathrooms; private backyard, with beautiful landscaping that includes 100 year old tree... Arthur.

Very nice home

  • 4 of 5

I've stayed at this home numerous times and it's always a great stay , great location , quiet and 100% safe at night. The home itself has great character and charm. I will continue to stay here when I'm in the city.

Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

This home was everything I hoped it would be. I have state and lots of vacation rentals and I must say no one does it as thoroughly as this management.

I love the neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and the house is immaculate. They were there to help us With any questions we had about LA and making our trip more enjoyable. West Hollywood can be a bit much, however, we felt we had our cozy nest in this big wonderful city. Walking to all of her favorite cafés and shops was so much fun.. It was a great trip and we will definitely be back.

West Hollywood Charm!

  • 5 of 5

What a lovely home! A co worker and I shared the home and it worked out perfectly! You can't beat the location, very walkable neighborhood, great restaurants around including my favorite juice bar on Melrose! Bed was super comfortable, linens were perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, etc.

We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location.

  • 5 of 5

Very nice house that offers all one might want for a holiday period. We had a good stay. Sadly we were ill with food poisoning while there so saw less of LA than we'd have liked. (nothing to do with the place we stayed - it was a cafe). I shall not go VRBO again however. I require, and consider fair, all charges up front not extras added as one goes through the payments....like insurance (extra is compulsory despite the fact that all of us had travel insurance for the trip), taxes, cleaning costs,

tips for the cleaners...it goes on. Travellers like us, and I am sure many others, like to know all that we are up for and pay up front, not find there are more costs gnawing away at those precious travelling funds which cost more than enough to obtain in the first place. Hotels charge everything in one package so why not private houses?

Charming in a great location

  • 5 of 5

The property is charming with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, nice size kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Huge closets and plenty of storage space in drawers and closets. All appliances and utensils, pots and pans - everything you need to function was in the home. Nice quiet neighborhood overall. This eco-friendly property is located in an excellent location of West Hollywood just off Melrose and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A few details that need a little TLC: the couch is just fair in comfort and the pillows were tattered and need new covers. There were throw rugs throughout the home on top of the hard wood floors but a few in the kitchen are trip hazards. There seems to be a plumbing issue and the pipes were very loud - random loud noises every 20-30 minutes. The plumber came to fix what he deemed an insulation problem between the pipes below the house but the noise continued some after he left. Overall, however, it was a charming space and location and the owner was quick to respond when concern was expressed about the noisy pipes. Despite the noisy pipe issue that was fixed, this is a roomy and charming space in a great location! Would definitely recommend this property - in fact, already did to a friend in LA. There was a great restaurant nearby called Blue Jam Cafe - don't miss their signature french toast! Would go back for sure!

Owner's Response: Thank you Christie for the informative review. I appreciate your patience while we got that pipe noise fixed, good thing it was not super serious and that may due to your early detection. All's well now and know we would welcome you back - and now a VIP.. Much appreciation for your recommendation of our lovely home to your friends. LA is such a great destination and the Blue Jam cafe is wildly famous for the delicious french toast-- and more! See you again soon!
