The great room features 30 foot wide sliding patio doors that provide over 180 degree views of the ocean, beach and rocky shoreline. The well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture provide a great space to start and end your day. We have created a courtyard right off the main living area that provides a protected area for outside dining. The courtyard will be enclosed with natural Exuma rock walls and will have a large dining table, a casual seating area, and soft lighting to provide a fine dining experience. Although the courtyard is tucked on the back side of the house, away from the trade winds, the 30' wide sliding glass doors insure that you will still have a great view.
