The suite also features a gourmet kitchen, large living room with a big LCD TV and a formal dining area that seats 8. There are two bedrooms plus a den. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, the den bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request and the living room has two sofa beds.
All bedrooms feature TVs. This suite also comes with free local calls, high-speed wireless internet and cable TV.
The resort features 2 swimming pools, two hot tubs, fitness center and is located on the beach in downtown Kelowna. Boat moorage is also available.

The perfect location for our family reunion
I rented this condo for 1 week for a reunion with my 5 sisters July 2011. It was ideal! The condo was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped, all beds were extremely comfortable and the lake view was terrific from the balconies. The property is very clean, quiet and well maintained. It was great having a beach nearby, 2 pools to chose from and an exercise room. We walked every morning around the bird santuary next door (no bugs!!) and along the paved lake walk to restaurants & shopping. It was fun having the casino nearby too. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any of our concerns (dead phone batteries). We would definitely recommend this property! Would recommend Bread Co. for breakfast or lunch. Wonderful home-made breads and goodies!

Visa or Mastercard $150.00 cleaning fee applicable to all stays. Surcharges may apply to some long weekends and holidays Rates are based on four person occupancy, any additional occupants over age of 14 - $15/night. CANCELLATIONS: Stays cancelled outside 30 days prior to guest arrival will receive a refund less a $150.00 administration charge. There are no cancellations within 30 days of arrival. BOOKING FEE: A fee of 25% of your stay is required upon booking. Payment can be made with a VISA or MasterCard. This fee is refundable less a $150.00 administration fee, should you decide to cancel prior to 30 days before arrival. PAYMENT OF UNIT: Full payment of unit is due 30 days prior to arrival. This amount will be the cost of your stay plus applicable taxes less the booking fee. This amount must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival or will result in cancellation of the reservation. Guests who cancel their reservation less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit all monies paid. There are no exceptions to this policy. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $500.00 pre-authorization damage deposit is required upon check in. Damages, missing inventory or excessive cleaning required will be applied to the pre-authorized damage deposit. If you should notice any damage to the unit upon check in please notify us immediately. Please note that keys cannot be released without a valid credit card pre-authorization. There are no exceptions to this policy.
