The home is just minutes way from Uptown and everything that Charlotte has to offer! There is driveway parking and then additional parking along the street. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Your entire space is private. There are some deer that roam in the backyard so do not be frightened by our furry friends!

Guest access is via unique code which works only for the duration of your stay. You will have access to the entire property except the garages (which are locked).

Privacy abounds with keypad entry & you can come and go as you please. We live nearby to be able to assess the property and can be at the home within minutes if issues arise.

It's cozy and quaint, while still being minutes away from all the fun of Uptown and sports arenas!

Uber and Lyft are available and it's a quick drive to everywhere!

Parking is located in the driveway along the right side of the house (the side you are renting) or on the street. It is a large loop around driveway that goes into the backyard. The alarm system will be off while you are at the property. In the hallways, there are motion detectors hanging on the wall. These are not cameras. The motion detectors will not be on, since the alarm system will not be on. There is a doorbell camera. There are some deer that roam the back yard, so do not be frightened if you see furry friends!

Good Time but a Little Lacking

We were unable to communicate through the VRBO app which caused a few problems. Code wasn't working when we first checked in, and we were hoping to get more info about NC and the area that we never got because of VRBO, not because of the hosts. Only sleeps 4 in beds, not 8. We played musical beds with the 5 of us so that 1 person had a blow up mattresses or the couch, but we made it work. Air conditioner broke during our stay, but the hosts were great about managing that and getting us fans etc and getting it repaired. Had to buy lots of things like dish soap, laundry soap, coffee, cooking spray, sugar, condiments etc, but it might have just been our luck that the previous guests used it all up. Overall a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite part was exploring the woods behind the property, and the enjoying the fancy TV. Just wish there had been a few more resources (like laundry soap) at the house.

Wonderful updated unit. Enjoyed our stay! Would recommend bringing toilet paper and laundry detergent/etc as they only supply two rolls! Otherwise loved our trip!

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay here for our visit to Charlotte. The house was clean and pretty well appointed. Would have enjoyed a few extra items in the kitchen for cooking, like mixing/serving bowls, measuring cups and spoons, a sheet pan, and kid friendly plates and cups. We needed to purchase toilet paper while we were there as there was only one extra roll provided for our week long stay, which is not enough for our little family! The AC did not seem to be working very well, it took hours to cool the house just a few degrees. One of the bedroom lamps was missing a lightbulb. The property managers were fairly quick to get back to us about some needs we had during our stay, which was nice. I think if they would take a closer look at some things, this could really be a 5 star place to stay, but I'm afraid for our family, we can only give it 4 stars.
