Although we welcome and require 3o Day Minimum Reservations, we urge all our guests to simply enter their desired ARRIVAL DATE with there check out one month from that day so we can adjust it for you from there. We do have 2 Oceanfront flats as well as 4 studio apartments so even if you are not able to fit your 30 days on our calendar and only are seeking a few in the actual flat we have the resources to work with our platform and still accommodate our guests seeking various stays.

Literally the greatest place to confine yourself on this island, take advantage of our $600 per evening special this week to cater to our inter-island guests. You can also find our Ground level Beach front flat (3 Kings, 1 Central Bathroom, also with its own private entrances) on VRBO as well.

Besides location, this is terrible. Stay somewhere else.

This place is nothing like the photos and does NOT have three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with one bed in the kitchen. They said there was 4 beds but one of the beds was a small foldable cot. My brothers had to go downstairs to the managers house to bring up a queen size mattress so my 6’5” brother could at least sleep on something reasonable for our Christmas vacation. There was no check in process and no key to the front door (they literally had to replace the deadbolt during our stay). We arrived late on the first day and there was dirty towels all over the ground, mold all over, cigarette buds on the beds, and two inches of dust on the fans. The “manager” of the property slept downstairs and you could hear her yelling and screaming in the middle of the night (supposedly she’s a meth addict). The actually “owner” of the home called me during our vacation to tell me she’s illegally renting the place to people and stealing money from him. It felt pretty unsafe all around. After all of this, VRBO DID NOTHING to help us. All that to say, the location was great. You are literally right on the beach. I’d still say find yourselves another place right on the beach with less drama.

Not ideal if you're looking for peace and privacy

First off, I have to say that I think the owner/property manager did an excellent job of attempting to make the space look nice. The pictures are misleading as they really don't show the entire house. For example, one of the beds is located in the living room and there is no bathroom door in the master bedroom which isn't ideal. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was broken and it was super hot in the room, no trade winds and hard to sleep. In this same room the outlets are faulty. The outlet actually shorted out my device (broke it) and my sister had the same issue and it ruined one of her charging chords. Upon arrival the property manager did not respond to any of my phone calls or texts; I had to go search for her. This was pretty much the case the whole time, communication was terrible. They don't give you any keys for the house and say, "No one locks their doors around here." My family was uncomfortable with this due to valuables and I asked for keys upon which she forgot to give them to me and I had to chase her down to get them. The next day when leaving the house I locked it up only to return to find that the keys didn't work. My family had to wait as the owner climbed over the railing of the house (top floor) to go open the lanai sliding doors which luckily I hadn't locked. They never got us the correct keys. Also, the property manager/owner WILL come in the house when you're not there, even if you tell them you don't need anything. This was done while we were out and the front door was left wide open. The owners and their friends are always around. No privacy. Halfway through our stay the property manager (PM) and owner had a domestic dispute. For more than an hour the PM screamed explicit words very loudly. Super awesome since all my young nieces heard this. She was screaming and crying about the owner, calling him all sorts of names. The people renting the space below us had left and they were cleaning it (also smoking pot in the downstairs with their friends). Because of this we were told by the owner that we could not go down to the beach directly from our place but needed to walk around the entire house (instead of going directly down our stairs through the open garage to the beach) to go to the beach. However, we were allowed to use the outside shower....so pretty much it was ridiculous that he asked us to walk around the entire house to use a shower right by our door instead of just walking right through the outside.

Nothing but good things to say about the property. Especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the waves for hours. Also a surfer’s paradise. Todd was super nice and helpful! Great place to get engaged too :) will be back for sure.

Fantastic Pipemasters Weekend!

Had a blast here at Todd’s property. The house was spectacular and you just can’t beat being right on the water of the north shore. Very hospitable and responsive we had everything we needed the entire weekend we were there. Todd was always around and actually had a great time hanging with and talking to him a lot of the time! Would highly recommend to anyone, friends or family looking to stay on the north shore. You’ll love it here & is super close to all the popular north shore activities.

Picture perfect

With covid limiting everything, I reserved this beautiful house right on the beach for my fiancé’s 30th birthday. It’s right in between rocky point and sunset. The house did not disappoint at all. Perfect beach house and the manager was very friendly and more than helpful with our requests. Would definitely recommend.

Worth the view!

My friends and I loved staying at this VRBO right on Sunset Beach. The owner, Todd, is an awesome and super accommodating host that responded whenever we needed anything during our stay. The best part of the house is the outdoor deck overlooking the beach - the sunsets there were absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much that we already can’t wait to go back again soon.

Amazing beach front staycation!

The location of this house in North Shore is absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, the house was NOT! *in fairness, we have high standards* The bed we tried to sleep in was literally placed on cinder blocks and the bed itself looks as if it were bought from the local garbage man. The bed sheets did smell nice but had had holes in them. The washer & dryer being shared by at least 3 properties are outside in a kind of shed. The floors were very dirty and the house as of February 2020 was under some kind of unfinished state of remodel. Although this house has great potential (I would love to own it myself) but, it was not up to our standards. The owners and property manager seem very nice and genuine. Good luck

Unbeatable location

This house is beachfront, right in between pipeline and sunset beach. Cannot beat the views and beyond perfect spot for surf or gorgeous sunsets. The house is renovated nicely, and is still in the process of being finished (unfinished drywall/electrical... but this didn't bother us). A previous review had said it was unsafe, which made me nervous with little kids. I emailed jeanarae and she let me know they had done work, but nothing was exposed. The drywall is screwed in/ secured. 2 bedrooms with doors, and the 3rd bed is in the main living area with a balcony and amazing view. The bedrooms/ bathrooms are roomy with a nice zen/spa vibe. Todd and jeanarae were nice and laid back and accommodated our early check-in and were patient with our 2 little boys. Something to mention if you have kids - the 2nd flr deck is completely open, so we had to be careful they didn't unlock the sliders. But it's a beautiful spot to sit and watch the ocean! The house is near Ted's bakery and has several other food truck style food options within walking distance. The grocery store is a close drive. There were a couple times the owner came in to the house while we were gone (I think they live here or store things when it's not rented so they would get things) and we came home to them coming out or saw that they had secured items after a storm without us knowing. Understandable, just didn't always feel like we had complete privacy. But they were very nice and we understood the situation. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect four days at the North Shore.

We took our grandsons and a friend so they could surf. They were very specific on the location. They would stay here again in a heartbeat. The house is real nice, clean and roomy and twenty yards from the surf. I was able to take walks on the beach and if I forgot something at the grocery store it was close enough for me to walk back or pick up a pie from Teds. The only thing I would hope for in the future would be a large enough dining table for the six of us. Perhaps on the patio. Thank you Todd, Jeanarae and Ray!

Horrendous experience

This property is not as listed and the photos are misleading. There were numerous issues with the home, from exposed electrical outlets to non-functioning fire detectors, a floor matt with exposed nails as a headboard, unfinished rooms and finishings, even a bathroom without a handle (just a door with a deadbolt). The check in process was extremely difficult, the address sent to us was 2 houses down and the first memebers in our party couldn't reach the property manager for more than an hour. A band was seeking to stay here and practice due to the amazing location for inspiriation, however upon speaking with the property owner they had electrical work (which left multiple holes in the walls throughout the home) which hadn't been checked by an electrician yet (the reason the walls were still open). That and the many other safety concerns had us immedately leaving and refusing to stay at this property. Despite the beautfiful location and area the oversight and state of the property is not worth it. Buyer beware. The only thing that made this experience positive was Vrbo's customer service and rebooking team, due to the issues with the rental property Vrbo paid for our hotel lodging and the rebooking of another property. We're still in the process of getting our money back from the property owner.

At this truly epic location the owner and family have been hosting long-term & 30-plus-minimum rentals for over 20 years. This year we are excited to introduce our brand new 2nd level beachfront accommodation titled "Incredible Beach front home at Rocky Point".
This one floor flat on the second story of our building is a sprawling stretch of a modern construction of natural materials accented with subtle decor themed nautically, with hints of the eastern spirituality from which martial arts derived. The owner is a World Champion Martial Artist with emphasis on the way of Kata; or perhaps better described as the spiritual and physical practice of fighting one's own inner self. It is through his career in Karate that he has developed a foundation of spirituality, inner strength, endurance, motivation and how to manifest these attributes in the physical world to achieve success and the well-being he wishes for every guest who ever stays in his Hale.

We encourage all our guests if able to stay beyond thirty days to partake in training with him either in private or group lessons an indulge in the therapeutic aspects of this location which brings us to the aquatic benefit of having this incredible ocean literally at your toes.
