Situated in a quiet part of the beautiful town of Costa Calma noted for its attractive green zone and stunning beach. The key feature of our holiday home is the sizeable heated pool which is the focal point of the outside space. It also offers a private seating and lounging area, washing line, tiled yard for ball games and an outside shower with hot and cold running water. Inside the property there are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) with fitted wardrobes and plenty of space. One of these bedrooms offers the opportunity to have two separate single beds or to put these together. The main bathroom is equipped a walk in shower, a small bath, basin unit, and toilet. The en-suite has a walk in shower, basin unit, toilet and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from bottle opener to oven.

About Roger Bannard
My wife Eleanor and I, Olivia who is five and Joseph, three, live in Staffordshire. My parents live in Fuerteventura and it was while visiting them that we fell in love with the Island. I am from the Isle of Wight originally and so the laid back island life holds strong appeal.

Why Roger Bannard chose Costa Calma
We found after visiting Fuerteventura a few times and speaking with some locals that the climate throughout the year was better on average in the south of the island. After spending time on Costa Calma beach we decided to focus our search for property in this area. We set about looking for a property that our growing family and Grandparents could all enjoy and we have purchased this home as a joint venture with them.
What makes this Villa unique
On first viewing we fell in love with the feel of the place, it's situation being perfect for capturing the sun all day long, in a private garden with heated pool (what a luxury) looking out at the sea, mountains and parque natural whilst still providing protection from the breeze. Inside, the previous owners have spared no expense on high quality features and fittings which it is hard to do justice to in the photos.
Pool / Spa
Our property is based in Costa Calma which is situated a 45 minute drive south of the airport. There are buses from the airport to Costa Calma but we can also arrange for an English taxi driver to collect you. Once at the house no hire car is necessary to reach the excellent local amenities.
The beach as well as bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and a pool bar are all within 10 minutes walk of the house. There are also some excellent walks with up to 17 miles of beach and coast line to walk.
Additional information about rental rates
We will require a good house keeping deposit of £150 to be paid with your final payment and returned following a satisfactory inspection of the property immediately after your departure. Our preferred changeover days are Saturdays and Wednesdays but we are always happy to listen to other suggestions.
