This was our guest's favorite condo last winter and we are already getting repeat guests from our first two season's owning this beautiful property. We have great views of the base and across the South Valley towards the Flattops. The overall location, views, and amenities of this complex are hard to beat. You are steps away from the Ski Time Square area and Torian Plum Plaza. There is an excellent complimentary on-call shuttle service to take you into town for dining and shopping. Check out this newly remodeled condo and the great rates and perks.
When you book with us you do get all of the amenities that ResortQuest alludes to in their ads as being exclusive to them. The owners of the condos actually pay for the amenities and not ResortQuest. The nice thing about booking through the owner is that you do not have to go through front desk check-in at another complex located over 3/4 mile from your condo. Once you arrive in Steamboat after booking with us, you can go directly to your condo and relax after your trip to nature's playground.
Call or e-mail us to find out if we have ski passes for your use while you are here. We normally have some available but they are on a first come/first serve basis so please check with us ahead of time. Our ski passes can be used by our guests when our friends and family are not using them. They are complimentary and are not packaged into the price; just an added perk when available which they often are. These passes could be worth as much as $97/day each in savings to you. They say you can't have your cake and eat it too but in this case I believe you can. You can stay in a newly remodeled condo at a lower rate than what the management company charges for similar dated properties and possibly ski free. I would say this cake even has icing on it.
We purchased this condo in 2007 and did an extensive remodel. The bathrooms are completely re-modeled and have new slate floors and all new knotty alder vanities with Corian countertops. The master-bath has a beautiful new walk-in tiled shower with a glass wall and door.
The entry and kitchen have new slate floors and new Corian countertops in the kitchen. We replaced the painted doors and plastic trim with beautiful, solid knotty alder doors and trim. Nearly all of the furnishings have been replaced and the bedroom furniture in both bedrooms is all new.
The master bedroom has a new king bed and there are two new queen beds in the second bedroom. There are complimentary laundry facilities in the building.
The location of this condo is fantastic. It sits right on Ski Time Square. You can walk out on the balcony and see the ski area base and South Valley all of the way to the Flattops. You can also see the entire Ski Time Square area. One can easily ski into the complex and eat lunch or rest before taking a short walk through an adjoining complex's walkways back to the slopes.
The complex has one of the few truly indoor swimming pools in Steamboat Springs. There is also an indoor and an outdoor hot tub and a sauna. If you prefer to work out, you can do so while watching your family below in the pool.
