Family Friendly & Close to the Beach and all Amenities

This recently renovated apartment located on the 2nd floor in the Centre of the Old Town of Antibes. Renovated to a high standard and in an ideal location with access to all amenities just a minutes walk away. The apartment is not only well located in the town but a short walk from both the Salis and la Gravette beaches of Antibes. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open plan living room/ kitchen with dining area and a small balcony. Dining for 4 inside and a small table and chairs for 2 on the outside balcony.

The Master bedroom consists of a double bed with SKY TV, ample storage and an ensuite bathroom with both a bath and overhead shower, under sink storage unit and towel heater.

The second bedroom can be made into a twin or a double, again with ample storage. There is a second bathroom off the living room with individual shower unit, under sink storage and towel heater.

The open plan living room and kitchen are stylish and comfortable, with everything you need including a wall mounted tv, dvd player and UK SKY television. A small balcony opens off the main room with a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine and watch the world go by in the square below.

The apartment is air conditioned and has high speed internet.

BOOKING PROCESS: If you would like to reserve an apartment, we ask you for an initial deposit of 25% of the total rental cost. We will send you a booking form to complete and ask you to pay the balance 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

CHECK IN & OUT: On arrival we will meet you at the apartment, show you around and give you any helpful information you may need with the apartment or the area. We are happy to supply you with 2 sets of keys for your stay. Our check out time is 10am and check in time is 3pm. We try to be as flexible as possible as we understand that arrival and departure times can vary depending on your travel schedule.

LINEN & TOWELS: Your apartment will be supplied with a full set of clean towels and linen for each person and bed including sofa beds if required. If your stay is longer than 1 week you will be supplied with clean linen for each additional week.

SECURITY DEPOSIT / DAMAGES: A Security Deposit will be taken, in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents or loss of keys. Any chargeable expenses arising during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Additional charges are made for:

i. Arrivals after 8pm and before Midnight. We are not available for arrivals after midnight.

ii. A cleaning fee of 60 EUR.

iii. Payment of Tax de Sejour (local city tax).

EXTRAS:

We can offer you a baby cot or high chair for your visit.

Airport transfers are available, please ask on booking.

Charmant propriété, bien située avec tous les besoins

Nous avons passés quelques jour à Antibes et c'était merveilleux. Nous connaissons Antibes, ayant y des séjours avant.

L'appartement est une bonne taille pour deux personnes, maximum quatre.

C'est dans la centre de ville très proche des nombreux restaurants et magasins etc.

Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Lovely appartment full of character

We arrived late afternoon at Nice airport and as arranged with the agent, were met and transported to our destination, Antibes, about 40 mins drive.

The appartment is on the 2nd floor of a typically French building, shutters and balconies giving it the quaint feel of a village square home.

Once inside, it's obvious that although small, the appartment is cleverly appointed with quality appliances throughout,including heated towel rails, and all the mod cons in the kitchen that one could possibly need. We made good use of the coffee maker!

Bright and sunny with a little balcony which overlooks the square, this was our home away from home for 5 nights.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything, great restaurants and bars abound.

The agent can arrange a driver to show you further afield if required and we made the most of the opportunity, visiting Eze and old Monacco where we enjoyed lunch with our driver.

Overall an unforgettable few days and we recommend this property and the agent, front door rentals.

Very nice apartment, very well equipped.

Antibes is a unique old town, we really enjoyed our stay (one week).

This apartment is in the heart of the old town, close to restaurants, shops, and all the necessary for families, young and old people. In 10 minutes walking you can reach the beach and the harbour, both very nice. Overall, I would suggest to stay here !!

Beautiful but it could be much better

The house Was beautiful. Some problem with the sew. The house Shockers be better cleaned specially under the beds and sofa. We also find some rubbish under the sofa. Noce to find Wine coffee water and biscuits at our arrival.

Owner's Response: Yes there was a problem with the (sew) drain at in the hallway which I hope would be agreed was dealt with very quickly and merely a consequence of putting too much toilet paper in the toilet. I am very sorry that the apartment had some problems with the cleaning. If you had told me I would have sent our cleaner back to you with a complimentary clean straight away. Although this is no excuse and I realise these areas should have been checked and cleaned prior to your arrival. I will pass this onto the cleaner and we will ensure that under the bed and sofa are cleaned every time in future. I do hope you enjoyed the stay and I hope that you would find none of these problems should you wish to stay again in the future. Many Thanks
