- Lots of local places to see. Woodstock 20 min NYC 2 hours Roundout Cruises 10min away Plenty of local restaurants open with inside and outside dining. Social Distancing Masks mustm be worn to enter and exit the establishments. Since it is a lake, there may be some sulfur smell, the water is safe and tested however, renters have been bringing their own bottled water. Hotwater is an on demand heater.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
