The mattresses are of high quality and in excellent condition.

Garden table and chairs, charcoal barbecue, parasol, deckchairs.
Babies and young children are welcome, we have at their disposal a high chair, a table and changing mat and a bath.
2 cars can be parked in front of the house.
The cleaning will be done by you and we are counting on you to leave the house as clean as you found it when you arrive, for the well being of the following holidaymakers.
If you wish, you can ask that the household be done: package of 40 euros to ask at the time of booking.
You can smoke outside, ashtrays are available in the cupboards of the kitchen.
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
The house is close to shops with Carrefour City 5 min walk, just before the town center of Piriac.
The market is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning Monday June 15 to September 14 (Tuesday and Saturday mornings from September 15 to June 14).
You can get there on foot by the road of the Lord of Tournemine (bike path).
The nearest beaches are the beach St Michael near the market square and the PORT LOREC (10 minutes walk).
You will find in the area many activities to keep you busy during your stay (tree climbing, horse riding, sailing, karting, cinemas, angling ....)
Piriac sea is classified small town character. Built of old stone houses, the heart of the village is very charming and leads to the harbor with pancake houses, restaurants and cafes.
Many sites are to visit near Piriac:
- Guérande fortified city, its Celtic festival and its salt marshes.
- Le Croisic another very typical village of the coast, with its aquarium.
- La Baule, its huge beach, casino and shops.
-The Pouliguen, very lively marina.
- La Grande Brière, a marsh area that is visited by boat with its traditional thatched houses in the pretty village of Kerhinet.
-St Nazaire and its shipyards.
- 1 hour drive, the Gulf of Morbihan north west and the city of Nantes to the east.
