30 minutes from Pointe à Pitre airport, The Anse des rochers residence is located east of Grande Terre, in the city of Saint François. Our studios are located in the heart of the natural landscape of Guadeloupe in front of the Caribbean Sea. The beach is private and only a few steps from the Studio Piscines, Plage et Palmiers royales are the main ingredients that give the residence a real charm.
2 km from the seaside resort of Saint François, the Anse des Rochers complex is a magnificent area of Creole architecture occupying an exceptional site with a surface area of 10 hectares. With a beautiful sandy beach, a beautiful 1000 m2 infinity pool, golf and tennis court, limited access for residents, nothing is missing to combine leisure and relaxation.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with bath, toilet, wifi in collective building, terrace in extension of the garden kitchenette with all kitchen utensils. Sheets and towels provided.
Sleeping capacity: Max. 3 adults + 1 child.
On the beach the TiCoco offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, a hot point of sale of bread. Take-away sale, Grills + musical entertainment are offered see the program on the TiCoco page.

Beautiful facilities, okay unit

Anse des Rochers is a beautiful facility. The pool, beach and property were great. The unit had a washing machine, and cool outdoor kitchen/patio. The bed was a double (not queen like it is stated in the listing). We only stayed 2 out of 7 nights though. We left after more than 24 hours without running water. We were never advised that this was a normal occurrence in Guadeloupe. Apparently, it can happen for up to a week, and then not again for weeks. The owner said there was a reservoir, but it was just a extra pool that residents could fill buckets up with water because the toilets did not flush.
