Overview

About the property

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 6

Nestled into a lush, secluded mountainside of towering hardwoods and fragrant pines, this spacious 1700 sq. ft. cabin was finished in March of 2008. Be one of the first to enjoy the soft leather sectional, cook burgers in the 7' outdoor kitchen/grill, and play air hockey in the kid-friendly loft. Discerning renters will appreciate the private setting, all-wood interior, soaring ceilings, 2-story windows, and absence of “country clutter.” When the stars come out, cuddle up in front of the wood-burning indoor fireplace or 42' outdoor fireplace. Soothe tired hiking muscles in the oversized hot tub or relax in the deep soaking tub or slate shower in the master bath. Both bedrooms are located downstairs for maximum privacy – one features a king bed and the other a queen. A queen-sized futon in the loft accommodates 2 additional guests. Explore breathtaking mountain views by day; relax in a quiet cocoon of green by night. Make Timberwolf Cabin your home away from home in the Smokies.

Wow. Beautiful cabin. Very clean.

Great cabin. Secluded and quiet property. Can still get to tourist area with easy drive. Also very very close to National Park entrance without any traffic.

Nice grill and hot tub on upper level deck. Big bedrooms plus a huge loft.

Beautiful property that's has you feeling like your by yourself in the hills.

  • 4 of 5

The property is beautiful! We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace the most! Even with a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night we were able to contact Rick right away and get it taken care of. Great location, close to The Smokey Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg. No WiFi was a nice thing for our family. We enjoyed grilling out and eating by the fire. Kitchen had several extras available to help out with the cooking. Highly recommend this rental!

Secluded and comfortable.

My cousin and I enjoyed Ricky's cabin and the near by shops and restaurants. We rarley went into the main town, and enjoyed the park. So close and easy.

Memorial Day weekend 2017

  • 2 of 5

The house was as advertised as far as build/size/cleanliness.

This house is NOT motorcycle or trailer friendly. It is at the top of a very steep hill with a gravel drive and a hairpin turn into the driveway. Our weekend would have been ruined if the neighbors down the hill hadn't let us park our trailers and motorcycles in their drive.

DO NOT book if you are going for a motorcycle weekend.

Nice Private Cabin

  • 4 of 5

My fiancée and I stayed in the cabin in order to get engagement photos taken in Cade's Cove. The cabin was beautiful. It was not far from the beaten path and we were able to go to Kroger within 15-20 minutes to shop for groceries. The hot tub was great as was the big tile shower in the master. We would have liked curtains over the living floor windows because we couldn't see past the glass at night. There is no wifi at the cabin and I had no service on AT&T (Verizon had very limited slow service). Overall we were happy with the cabin. Suggest you rent it while you are in Pigeon Forge.

Perfectly secluded, very clean, well maintained!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed for a full week with 2 small children, and it was PERFECT!! Ricky is sooo easy and pleasant to deal with. The location is perfect (wears valley, quiet and away but minutes to everything). The cabin is perfectly equipped with everything you need, and is meticulously clean. The only bad thing about this cabin is that at some point you have to leave! We've stayed in several cabins, but this is our new favorite. You don't get the perfect mountain view, but you do get a densely wooded lot that's wonderful for morning coffee and evening hot chocolate. The owner certainly cares about his property as well as his guests and it definitely shows! If you're thinking about booking this cabin, BOOK IT!! It's even bigger and nicer than the pics show! We couldn't have been happier.
