Thank you so much for the use of your place. It was by far the nicest place we've stayed in all in all of our trips to Myrtle Beach. There was plenty of room for the four of us and our two teenage girls had a ball. It was a relazing time that the family was well past due. Thanks again and hopefully we will be able to stay here again next year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this condo. During our decision process narrowing down a place to stay the owner was very timely and informative with his responses. During our stay we emailed back and forth with the same results. There is also a manager on site available through the week for any questions. Customer service from both owner and manager are excellent.
The pictures and description for the rental are accurate. The kitchen is better equiped than any rental we've ever stayed at. We appreciated the coordinated decor throughout the unit. The floor plan is very efficient and everyone (4 of us) had plenty of room. It's evident the owners have updated the unit and care about their guest's comfort. We liked having the WIFI and free long distance phone calls to keep us in touch with family not vacationing with us. My son had his own TV in the 2nd bedroom which he also took advantage of. I liked the CD player so we could have relaxing music with dinner. It was easy to cook dinner on a full size stove with ample countertop prep area.
The condo isn't a highrise though it does have 10 floors. The pools were nice and kept clean. There are two elevators and two walkways over the sand dune-sea oats area with fresh water showers. We could hear the ocean from the living room and master bedroom which was soothing at night. The beach itself is very wide and gently sloping. There is a public lifeguard right next door. If you wanted a peaceful beach walk you could go down the beach toward MB, cross a little creek at low tide, and go to an almost deserted beach that's actually part of the Briarcliff area. The condo is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, Tanger Outlet and minigolf. The North MB area is great for families.
When we go back to MB, we'll stay at this condo unit again. Everything was first class.
Our family had a real nice time and would love to do it again. The condo is on the 3rd floor which makes it real easy to use the stairs which lead directly to the beach path. Condo had every convenience needed and was in excellent condition. Ice maker was a real time and money saver for the beach. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the experience. The owners were real nice to do business with and really care about your comfort. Location across from Barefoot Landing was good for the ladies to shop.
We stayed in this condo for a week long family vacation. The unit and the condo common areas were very clean and parking was close and always available. The onsite management was very friendly and responsive. They actually refused to take a tip from us when we accidently locked ourselves out of the condo. The condo provided a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen/family room, and master bedroom. It's located conveniently to Barefoot Landing. My college and high school grandchildren walked to Barefoot Landing a couple of nights during our stay and liked taking their daily runs on the sidewalks along S Ocean Blvd. We enjoyed a night in during our stay by taking advantage of the board games provided in the condo. It was obvious that the owners take great pride in their condo. The payment/lease process was simple, they checked on us upon arrival, and followed up after our stay. We will be coming back again for sure!! As a side note, Hamburger Joe's is within walking distance; be sure to try their Golden Chicken Wings. We all agreed that they have the best wings - bar none.
This beautiful condo right on the beach was a perfect fit for our family of four. We enjoyed our first visit to Myrtle Beach with our two college age daughters and could not have asked for a better location. The property was very clean and quiet, yet close to most anything we would want to do. The washer and dryer was a plus! We enjoyed a local water park, many different shopping centers, dining and found ourselves at the beach daily. They view from the balcony was beautiful! The owners were very efficient and very easy to work with. Thank you Paul and Marie, we hope to return!
We had a great time here and the condo had most of what we needed. Great view of the ocean. Thanks for allowing us to visit.
I started my search for a condo rental in April. Paul was prompt with all communication. We stayed at the waterpointe l last year and found the building to be well maintained. This year was even better, several improvements i.e. painting landscaping. The condo was as described. Marie called the first night to make sure all was well. It was. Upon our arrival we found the unit very clean. I loved the balcony furniture, with enough seating for all. After a long day of activities; reading, sunning, walking, beach fishing, shopping at the outlet malls, Barefoot landing, eating, It felt good to fall into the comfortable king-size bed. My two children 12 and 19 also reported their beds to be comfortable. We did eat in a couple of nights and found the kitchen had most of what we needed to prepare dinner. Could not find a corkscrew for the wine though, we had to ask our neighbor for help. The only thing that could have been better was to have stayed for another week or more.
Thank you for sharing your home, LD
Water Pointe I is located on the beach at White's Point in the Windy Hill section of No. Myrtle Beach. It is at the southernmost end of North Myrtle Beach, just over the line from Myrtle Beach. Watersports, such as parasailing and banana boat rides are just a short walk down the beach. It is also within walking distance of Barefoot Landing and within minutes of live theater, shopping and hundreds of fine restaurants. It is surrounded by world class golf courses. Brookgreen Garden is about 30 minutes south and Charleston is 2 hours away. About 20 minutes to the north are the elegant casino boats in Little River, and some of No. Carolina's best cuisine in Calabash.
