My home is for those who desire comfort and quality living. It is equipped with all the little things that make life convenient. This is an open spaced home with a cook's kitchen. All you need is your food. Equipment for cooking and entertaining are provided. The beds are comfortable with a variety of pillow styles, soft sheets and down comforters. The quaint courtyard is equipped for gas grilling. A fire pit with plenty of wood is there for relaxing after a busy day. While walking to the historic landmarks downtown you will pass historic homes, charming gardens, piazzas and the magnificently beautiful College of Charleston campus.
The home is in a safe neighborhood near MUSC (medical university) and The College of Charleston. It is out of the congestion of the tourist area but close enough to walk to restaurants and historical sites. Bring your bicycles, walking shoes and leave your car parked. I provide recommendations for our many delicious restaurants.

Why Robin Joseph chose Harleston Village
I love city life and all its conveniences! This great location in downtown historic Charleston is walking distance to shopping, dining and historical sites but in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. My neighbors are lawyers, professors, doctors and other professionals. Two off street parking places gives you one less thing to worry about. I am a traveler too so I understand your needs. You have me to share all my secret places with you. I am a foodie and know what is happening in my fabulous city!!!
What makes this Townhome unique
Living downtown allows easy access to various neighborhoods and areas of Charleston. You are 20 minutes away from 3 beaches! One of the benefits of vacationing in a home is that you don't have to eat out for every meal. The house and patio gives you space to relax and stretch out instead of being in a single hotel room. I offer to get you a bag of groceries for a small fee. They will be waiting for you at arrival. Please inquire directly to me about this service. A basket of herbal teas is there for your enjoyment. Supplied is a box of basic food preparation items so you dont have to buy them when all you need is a little. (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, baggies, coffee filters, tin foil, all detergents, toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, dish sponge)

Awesome stay at Cozy Home!
Just a great place to stay while experiencing Charleston. You will love the lush courtyard and gracious host.
Wonderful home full of charm and character
My sister and I spent a long weekend in Charleston and stayed at Robin's beautiful home in the historic district. The house is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and utterly charming. And what a location! We were able to walk everywhere, yet the neighborhood was very quiet with none of the busyness and noise of the city. A real gem. Robin is a wonderful host. She keeps in touch to make sure you have everything you need, and she is a mine of information about all the best things to do, see, and eat in Charleston. We loved it and are already planning next year's return trip!
Laura I love to travel and try to think how I want to be treated. Thank you for your kind words.
Lovely cozy home. Robin was very kind, helpful, and accommodating.
Perfect location to walk anywhere in historic Charleston. The sweet backyard patio was the most enjoyable little oasis after a day on our feet. We plan to return!
Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay in Robin's apartment. It is located in a quiet family neighborhood convenient to the College of Charleston. It was an easy walk to the historic sections of Charleston, and we appreciated coming back in a more tranquil spot at the end of the day. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious, with plenty of space to spread out downstairs. It was chilly during our visit, so we didn't use the outside space, but there is a pretty little courtyard. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. We would definitely stay here again!
Great location, and especially good if there is need to be close to hospital. Robin was very easy to work with. Her artwork is beautiful and available for sale. She had everything we needed. Couples upstairs need to share a bathroom. Courtyard is a nice gathering place. would recommend this.
We spent Thanksgiving at Robin's lovely home on peaceful Gadsden Street. Lots of art and many books made it cozy. This was just right for our group.
The kitchen was very well equipped and the patio was beautiful. We hope to return soon.
Other Activities: Shelling, Boating, Health/Beauty Spa, walking and viewing historic homes and gardens, visit colleges: MUSC, CofC, The Citadel; walk to fabulous King St for shopping and dining
