This is a great family condo with a large pool area and walking distance to restaurants, beach, souvenir shops and Adventure Island for putt putt, go carts and video games. It is bright and cheerful. We just replaced kitchen appliances and painted the interior of the unit in 2018. It is Across the street from the beach.Beach access is only 2 blocks down. This is a small complex with 5 buildings. Each building has 4 units, for a total of 20 units. It has a small community feel, with the pool in the middle of the complex. Tnis is a modest complex perfect for families on a budget.

Overall, me and my bridesmaids had a great getaway! The condo was very nice and elegant. It was a quiet complex with hardly any people which made for a great place! We loved it very much and will be going back!

Budget Friendly, Spacious and Conviently located.

The good..With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms there was plenty of room for our family of 4 would house 6 very comfortably. We enjoyed the location. Not on the beach but access is a short walk or drive away. We especially enjoyed the fact that this is a small complex only 20 even though it was Spring Break we were able to have the pool on several occasions all to ourselves. Sound barriers are great..while this condo is on the second floor there was a family of 8+ below us and except for an occasional door shutting we did not hear a thing. Bathrooms, bedrooms and refrigerator were all clean and all towels and kitchen equipment was supplied. A couple of small issues arose at check in but were handled immediately. A maintenance person who cares for this condo is on property.

The bad...This is an older not expect 4 star accommodations..unit could use to be painted...and furniture and carpets need to be cleaned...we put blankets we brought over the furniture and wore our shoes to keep our feet from getting black.

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback. We are planning to do some updating next fall, after our long term summer renters move out.update... As of October 2017, we just repainted interior, and got new living room furniture, plan to do a little more refurbishing. January 2018, just put in new appliances. This is not a fancy complex but it is very cute and great location for those on a budget.

There was mold spots and some big rat infestation looking hole under the sink. Only a few of the fans, televisions, and lights worked. I was also told nothing about the amount of cars allowed, even though I did ask, and the owner threatened to evict us for having visitors. We were not wild or crazy and did not break any laws which would lead to eviction. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice vacation at the beach with their family.

Owner's Response: We have owned this condo for 13 years. It is a very modest place but cute, Affordable, and has a great location. These were the WORST renters we have ever had, and the only ones in all the years that we did not refund their damage deposit. We got at least a dozen calls from other owners about the noise, obscene music, throwing beer cans off the balcony, breaking the building sign, having up to 12 vehicles, etc. I reported them to vrbo, so others wouldn't rent to them, so expected they would send in a bad review.

Needs updating

Was not clean when we got there so we couldn't check in until 6pm. House is cute but needs updating and some deep down cleaning. Like spots on the furniture and ceiling fans are bad dusty. Could use a paint job. Other than that the surface was clean and it's a cute place.

Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and friends booked this condo for a surprise weekend getaway for my birthday. It was very clean, comfortable and affordable. It has all the amenities needed, close to shops and restaurants and I would recommend to anyone. The only thing I could recommend is that it needs more lighting outside around the parking area and up the stairs, other than that it is great!!!

Very cute and clean condo in a great location!

My husband and I came down with another couple to compete in a state tennis tournament. We enjoyed staying in this very cute and cozy condo. It's a great location close to everything. It was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we look forward to coming back very soon!

It is not a fancy high rise, but we have tried to make it cute, while still keeping it affordable for families on a budget. Why Linda Gaspard chose Orange Beach

Location location location. Right in the heart of Orange Beach!

Easy 1-2 block walk to restaurants, shopping and arcade plus amusement park. The beach is across a 4 lane highway but you can walk down to a cross walk or drive 3 blocks to public beach where there is room to park your car. The pool is a nice size. Our balcony overlooks it. This is a small complex, not usually crowded. Please note: we do NOT allow parties! If that is your intention do not book. Parking for 2 vehicles only.

What makes this condo unique

Small complex with only 20 units. There are 5 buildings with 4 condos in each building. Ours overlooks the pool. There is parking underneath the building. There is a nice large pool. The complex is within walking distance of souvenier shops and dollar store, as well as many restaurants and putt putt, arcade and amusement park. The beach is an easy walk, about 2 blocks, or you can drive and park at the public beach which is about 3 blocks away. You do have to cross a busy road, so do not send children alone. The arcade and restaurants are about a block away, and you don't have to cross the street for those.
