Our 1,000+ square foot two bedroom, two bath condominium is located in one of the most desirable areas of Santa Monica, just two blocks and within walking distance of Montana Avenue, an upscale shopping and dining district frequented by celebrities. We are a ten to twenty minute walk to the beach and the Third Street Promenade.

The condo features a full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast nook with dining table; living room with large couch, 27 inch television, DVD player, surround sound, and large movie library; two bathrooms - master has a shower and double sink, guest has a bathtub/shower combo; and French doors lead out to the condo's private balcony. Plantation shutters are located throughout the condo.

The master bedroom features a large California King size bed with down comforter, walk in closet, TV and DVD player, and brand new Berber carpeting. Guest room/office has a large king size bed and a desk with a computer for your use complete with high speed internet. The condo is also fitted with wireless internet throughout.

There is a reserved on-site parking space for your use during your stay plus one additional guest spot for the building that is used on a first come/first serve basis.

It is a top floor (second level) unit, so you will have to climb one flight of stairs to enter the condo.

About Lindsay

We are a newly married couple who were dating ten years prior to tying the knot. We live in Pasadena.

Why Lindsay chose Santa Monica

My husband (then boyfriend) used to live in the condo when he worked in the Santa Monica area. We decided to keep it when he was transferred to Pasadena to use as a weekend home/vacation rental.

What makes this condo unique

When my husband lived in the condo, we would wake up each Saturday and Sunday morning and walk to Montana Avenue for breakfast and coffee. We loved the location and would rarely drive our cars on the weekend. I often jogged to the beach for exercise and we spent many evenings wandering around the Third Street Promenade. There were always celebrities to spot on Montana Avenue as well - Simon Baker, Alyson Hannigan, and Marg Helgenberger all live nearby.

Lovely Apartment off the busy roads

This Condo was perfect for our needs. I stayed with my partner and 2 year old daughter. The Condo is on a lovely quiet residential road, just a few minutes walk from some busier roads that have all the restaurants and shops.There is a park about a 15 minute walk that is great for our Daughter, with plenty of other kids there as well for her to play with. The Condo was very clean when we arrived, with a nice bottle of wine and plenty of information about local activities, shops, food etc, and Lindsay has a great insight into the local area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There's also a parking space available. The beach is about a 25 minute walk, although an Uber costs about $5 to get there, or there's the big blue bus for $1. Plenty of options... Overall, the area was very friendly and safe, the Condo was great, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Spotless and spacious condo in Santa Monica. Perfect family accommodation

Family of 4, 2 kids aged 10 & 13. We found the condo perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, fresh carpets, and comfortable king size beds. It was spacious with a small outdoor balcony. Although a little far from the beach it is walkable (30 mins) or you can catch the big blue bus which will take you directly to the Promenade or Venice. Having a washer/dryer particularly at the end of our trip was great. The construction going on next door was annoying however we didn't spend much time at the condo during the day. The owners were amazing and responded to emails promptly. Overall perfect accommodation in Santa Monica.

When can we come back?!

Our group of friends like to visit the LA area every year and usually stay in Hollywood. Once we saw this condo and the great price, we opted to stay in Santa Monica. The condo ammenities were fabulous - truly all the comforts of home, but better! The location was fabulous - great neighborhood, walking distance to shopping, easy access to the many day trips we like to take. It was so nice to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown/Hollywood, but close enough to get there when we wanted.

The owners were so pleasant, friendly and patient to answer all of our questions. And for any other questions, all of the info was right there in the condo! If we wanted to know where to go or what to do - it was all laid out for us!

Truly can not wait to visit again! This is the only place we'll be staying from here on out. In fact, I'm tempted to give a bad review so we can have the place to ourselves! :)

Stay here - you will not be disappointed!

Great condo!

Perfect condo for a family of four. Clean, really comfortable beds, fast WiFi, parking place, and well equipped. It corresponded very well to the description and pictures. Perfect location in quiet neighbourhood with walking distance to shops on Montana Str, close to beach, Thrd Streed Promenade, and restaurants. Lovely owner, always answering promptly to questions! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends!

Right from the first inquiry Lindsay was pleasant, prompt, and helpful, a real joy to deal with. Upon arrival there were a couple bottles of wine with a nice note and explanations on everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable, better than my bed at home! As for the location, we had a rental car so the apartment was very local and easy to get to everything. You can walk to the beach in about 30 minutes. After departure, Lindsay emailed me promptly that the security deposit had been returned (after inspecting the apartment of course). All-in-all a great experience! And what an awesome city!

We recently returned from a 10 day stay at this ideally located , clean, bright and spacious condo. Appreciated having a reserved parking spot, free WiFi , access to a computer and shared W/D.

Great location for walking to - Farmers Market, grocery stores, shops, many great restaurants and of course the beach and SM Pier.

From start to finish Lindsay and Bret were outstanding in their helpfulness and efficiency!!

We hope to return soon and will be recommending this special place to all our friends & family.
