About Bill

Dana Point is the Jewel of Southern California, just the right amount of luxury and low key beach community. South on Pacific Coast Highway from Newport and Laguna Beach.

Why Bill chose Dana Point

Ocean Views and centrally located to vacation attractions north and south. (i.e. Disneyland, Lego Land, Sea World). Boating in the Pacific is our thing and Dana Point Harbor is the best Family Marina in Southern California. In addition we can walk to the Ferry and take the 1 hour ride to Catalina Island..... a must day trip when you come to So Cal.

Fantastic Dana Point Gem!

We had the privilege to stay at Bill's place for the third summer in a row. Bill is such a great guy to work with and he makes sure that you will have a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for your family or if that's not your thing you are within walking distance of so many restaurants to choose from! That's what we love the most about Bill's place is the location, we literally could walk everywhere; if we want to go to Laguna we just walk down the street and hop on the free trolley. The bed in the master bedroom is soooo comfortable and the shower is incredible! We have three boys and they all stayed in the second bedroom and had plenty of room. As long as Bill is still renting we plan on coming back year after year....assuming he will have us back.

Perfect home away from home!!! Couldn't have asked for more!!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. There are ocean views from every room. The ambiance is lovely and all the décor and amenities are very tasteful. There are travertine floors throughout, a big screen Apple TV in the living room, a wonderful kitchen with modern appliances and all the dishes/cups/pots/flatware you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and the showers great! There is a downstairs patio where you can sit outside and enjoy relaxing and a balcony off the living room as well.

We were two adult couples sharing the condo and it was a perfect fit. Two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us our privacy when we wanted it while the rest of the space was shared. It is also a great fit for a family as one of the bed rooms has two beds.

The owner Bill is truly a nice guy. He is very helpful and wants you to have a great stay. He was there to meet us when we arrived and helped us acclimate to the new digs. He was happy to share information about the area; where to eat, shuttle services and anything else we wanted to know. Great host!!

The condo is located in the Lantern District of Dana Point about 1 mile from Doheny State Beach. It's easily accessible from the freeway and close to everything. We highly recommend this condo and can say with confidence that you too will love staying there.

Exactly as advertised..great place to stay in Dana Point!

My wife and I just got back from a brief getaway in Dana Point, and Bill's "Villa Pacifica" was an ideal place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks up the hill from the marina, fully equipped, reasonably priced and spotlessly clean, what else could you ask for? There's off-street parking, a huge HD TV in the comfortable living area (equipped with Apple TV and fast internet!), full kitchen, washer and dryer and large walk-in shower in the master BR, plus a great deck with a nice ocean view. We even loved the comfortable mattress!

Highly recommended, excellent value, and Bill's a great guy!

Winter in Dana Point

What a view! We found the listing description to be very accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, and view. The property is clean and well maintained, with a new patio that we took advantage of often. The owner was friendly and prompt with answers to our questions about the area and the property and treated us to a sailboat ride where we got to see many dolphins up close outside the harbor. We had several visitors during our time there, and everyone had enough space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The walk along The Strand beach, across the Headlands, and down to the Harbor became our favorite part of our days there. We went whale watching and enjoyed spending time in the harbor area. It was very easy to get to Temeculah, San Diego, Santa Catalina Island, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach for other fun activities, too. The John Wayne Airport is only 30 min. away and very convenient for travelers flying to the area. The owner has another two bedroom unit which we stayed in for a week. It was also very comfortable, and had ensuite bathrooms for both bedrooms. We'd recommend either property, with a beautiful sunrise view of the Pacific Ocean.
