Luxury condo in Orange Beach, AL, located on Perdido Key in the Gulf of Mexico between the Florida state line and Mobile Bay. Our beach boasts beautiful white sugary sand great for sunbathing, fishing, shelling, or just walking. Many nearby attractions: manicured golf courses, outlet shopping, the Wharf entertainment center, nearby gambling casinos, and the famous Flora-Bama (which is walking distance from our condo).

This condo offers many luxury features; upgraded floor plan allowing for larger living space, beautiful gulf views from the floor to ceiling windows, amazing sunsets, opulent master suite, exceptional decor and furnishings, and a large size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. The common areas - enclosed hallways, elevators and outdoor patio and sun decks are all tiled. The outdoor patio also has picnic tables, barbeque grills, and large sundeck surrounding the pools with abundant lounges. There are both indoor and outdoor children's pools.

Wes, Leberta and family have been vacationing in Orange Beach since 2000. We love the area and made this condo our second home. We have 2 other properties in Phoenix V that are under a rental management company.

Why Wes or Leberta chose Alabama

We purchased this condo because it is on the beach, has many amenities that we can enjoy year round. We travel from our northern home in the off season to enjoy the weather in Orange Beach so the indoor parking, pools and tennis court make it convenient when the weather is not cooperative.

What makes this condo unique

We purchased this unit in pre-construction. It was a pleasure making it our own with design changes, upgrades, colors and furnishings. Since we spend a lot of time there, our guests note that it is well equipped and keep us informed of anything that might need attention.

Just got back from Orange Beach vacationing with the grandkids and wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had. Condo was beautiful and very spacious. Birthday Surprise

Last minute trip to celebrate a birthday. Condo is very nice and spacious and has great amenities. Weather was a little wet so indoor tennis court was a nice surprise. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo

Early June visit

The condo was beautiful, spacious and well furnished. Our family of 5 adults, was very comfortable. The unit had anything you would need during your stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony as well as a few evening meals. The entire building was quiet. Our family had plenty of comfortable space to hang out. Easy access to the beach and it was never crowded. We had a great time!

February getaway

This condo is one of the best we have ever booked. There were 5 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. Totally agree with another reviewer about the fast elevators, ease of parking, and cart availability. Also the enclosed areas from the elevators to the condo are a big plus. This made it so pleasant when returning from the inside pool and not being outside in the cooler, windy weather in a wet suit!

The beds were comfortable. Having 3.5 bathrooms was definitely a big plus.

View was awesome whether you were in the living room, kitchen, dining room or on the balcony. Other positives: well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room and balcony furniture, We are looking forward to returning!

Part time beach goers!!!

The unit is very well kept and nice decor. The whole Phoenix 9 as a whole was a joy to be at. The access to the beach was so close unlike other places we have stayed and the elevators were super fast. No long lines. Plenty of carts to get luggage to your room. The Moore's were very prompt in response when we had questions and always polite. Oh, and that huge couch in the living area was amazing! Very comfy! We will definitely be returning next year to stay here and hopefully many years to come!
