About the situation, Aucanada, the one of the most relaxing areas of Alcudia, with Sea views, just a 15-minute walk away to the vibrant port city of Alcudia with all the bars, restaurants and the central beach.
The beaches here in the north of the island can be reached within a few minutes. The Alcanada-GOLF is just 10 minutes walking.

Amazing Property

Tomeu was a fantastic host. We appreciated the little touches in the house for our holiday stay. We watched the sunrise every morning from the living room. The view of the water and island mountains was one of kind. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect home-away-from-home in Mallorca for family of six

Maria and Tomal were excellent hosts for our first time on the island of Mallorca in the beginning of November 2017. They met us at the door and showed around their fabulous place. It was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 7, 9, 11 and 12.) Plenty of room and well stocked (tools and appliances) kitchen (we cooked every day). We spent about 5 days there, with the kids swimming in the pool everyday. Would definitely go back!

Little Piece of Heaven

This house is such a nice place to stay for a relaxing retreat. The area is beautiful and the hosts are as hospitable as they can be. We loved the views so very much. The internet is a decent speed and the villa is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the two restaurants within walking distance: Aucanada 35 and the restaurant in Ona Aucanada. We also ate at La Terraza and had one of the best meals of our entire time there. There's so much to do around the area. We drove to Deià and Valldemossa and enjoyed our day there. Wonderful hosts, house, and views

Tomeu and Maria were very welcoming and the house was perfect - very comfortable and fantastic views. A very nice week in Majorca!

Superbe vue et maison impeccable

Cette maison est aussi belle que sur les photos et elle était impeccable. Maria et Tomeu étaient sur place pour nous accueillir et nous faire visiter la maison. La maison contient toutes les commodités pour y cuisiner et y passer un agréable séjour même pour 6 adultes. Si comme nous vous êtes de bons marcheurs, il n'est pas nécessaire de louer une auto. Il faut tout de même compter 15 minutes pour se rendre dans la partie animée de Port d'Alcudia et à sa plage. Certains d'entre nous avaient loué des vélos pour la semaine tandis que d'autres ont plutôt loué des scooters pour une journée. Tomeu est très disponible et il nous a apporté des outils lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec un vélo. Ce fut très apprécié. Je vous recommande cette maison sans hésitation.
