Manana is a detached house in a small and quiet urbanisation very close to beaches, shops and restaurants of Velilla Playa, Almunecar. It has 2 en suite bedrooms on the ground floor and an open plan lounge diner with a kitchen and toilet on the first floor. There is also a balcony on the first floor with views over the sea and neighbouring gardens.
The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with spiral stairs to the first floor and access to the second bedroom. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. Each bathroom has bath with shower over, sink with vanity mirror and power point and loo.
The first floor is an open plan lounge dining area. It is equipped with a television and a DVD player.
There are large patio doors leading to the balcony where you can enjoy the views of the sea in peace and take the sun or use the retractable 'toldo' for shade, if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and hot water boiler. There are plenty of cooking and eating utensils and crockery.
There is a patio to the front of the property which can double up as off road parking if preferred.
There is also a washing machine located in the outside utility room under a covered terrace.
It is just minutes on foot to a variety of beaches, bays, park, restaurants, bars, shops and Almunecar's Water Park. There is a regular bus service to take you into the town of Almunecar itself where there are more shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, markets, tourist attractions, banks, post office, etc.
