About William Quigley
I love a little time away and this part of Cape May is quiet beautiful and the beach isn't Crowded. It more like new england than the jersey shore
William Quigley purchased this House in 2001
Why William Quigley chose Town Bank
We chose to purchase a house in this location because it is quiet, close to the bay, has a nice side yard, we can watch the sun go down at the end of the block. We are close to Cape May proper, Wildwood and 2 hours drive from Philadelphia

Great Home in a wonderful location!. Would defintely stay there again.
The home is very comfortable
Home is well supplied. Clean. All modern appliances.
Absolutely loved our stay. We were just a couple of houses away from the bay so it was a quick walk to enjoy the sunset and walk along the water. The dining area was nice and spacious - we had our Easter lunch there with 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. Another table with benches in the kitchen if we needed it. Really cool cabinets and the appliances looked new and worked great. Really appreciated the Tupperware and assortment of cooking equipment. Beds were comfy. Only a mile or two away from a good winery (Cape May Winery) that had Friday night live music. Had a fantastic time and would definitely book again.
Property was a great size and very close to the beach.
We always enjoy our stay in Townbank and this was no exception. Plenty of room for everyone to hangout together or in their own space if they wanted. Would stay there again.
Nice quiet Neighborhood
Great house for a Girlfriend getaway. Very close to the beach and also a real good local restaurant (Harpoons on the Bay) that had good music and good food! Plenty of room for all in the house with a nice deck and nice big dining table.
Cape May vacation at 13 Delford Rd.
For the second year, we had a wonderful week at this Cape May rental home. We loved the coziness of the house and the proximity to the beach. The sun room, the deck, and the kitchen nook made for great family time. We intend to reserve a week for 2018 very soon.
