The farm, Gîte de France 3 ears: 10 beds: 3 rooms with beds 2 places, 1 big sofa bed in the living room 2X90x200, 1 corner mountain with convertible BZ 140x190 (the beds in convertibles are in non traversing rooms and isolated by screens), bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate toilets, very large kitchen with wood burning stove, gas and electricity, table for 14 that can be extended to accommodate about twenty guests. A large living room with fireplace, TV, HiFi. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

The small house, Gîte de France 3 ears: Ideal for 6 beds, 8 possible: 2 bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds 160 and 2 bunk beds), a living room with fireplace with a large sofa bed, a beautiful kitchen with wood stove, gas stove, dishwasher, freezer, dining room for 8 with fireplace. shared laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Surrender, Gite de France 2 ears: 1 large loft bedroom with twin beds and 1 bed of 1 place. A lounge with a large sofa very comfortable bed for 2, kitchen and dining room separated. This rental is for nature lovers who do not want to have a view of the parking lot and be away from the crowd (the Grand Massif ski area is 4 km away on the other side) to enjoy the mountain. Altitude guarantees Winter be above the cloud cap from the valley. All activities are possible, from relaxing in the meadows to the high mountain (we can offer you a mountain guide).

Chantemerle is a hamlet which is part of the municipality of Samoëns, 4 km away. A walking trail connects the village Chantermerle in 30 minutes downhill and 50 minutes uphill. It also goes through mountain biking.

This beautiful area is protected and has therefore not been spoiled by tourism. Samoëns received a "Golden Rooster" to be one of the most beautiful villages in France and is the only ski resort classified by the Fund of Historical Monuments. The ski area is part of the Grand Massif, one of the largest in Europe, with an excellent snow record with skiing 1600m. It is directly linked to Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt, ideal for all levels of the 265 km of pistes. In summer, the station is alive with many activities and the cable runs in July and August and allows the transport of mountain biking.

The area is full of character and charm with its habitat and agriculture at heart, but still provides the center for almost every outdoor activity imaginable. Based in the beautiful valley of the Giffre river, the area provides spectacular scenery including mountain lakes, national parks and botanical gardens and amazing wildlife. A few minutes up the road at Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval there are over a dozen enormous waterfalls.

Ski: The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France and has one of the lowest ratios beds elevator ... so much smaller queues than other well know resorts. Samoens now has a high speed lift from 1600 to 2500 ... which means less waiting, less time on the lifts and more skiing!

We also offer fantastic alternative activities in the winter, so if you do, are not skier there are plenty of other exciting things to do, such as snowshoe walks from the house such an experience ... fantastic, after which you can enjoy a delicious Savoyard meal.
