Magnificent luxury Gulf front single family house with intracoastal views. Directly on the sand of the Gulf of Mexico, this home is peaceful and private, yet one-half mile from the shops and restaurants of Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Beach.
From the Gulf, use the outside shower and relax in the covered patio. Or walk out the front of your home and view the inland waterway. This home has all the water and sun you could ever desire.
Expansive views are afforded from the great room, master bedroom, kitchen and dining room, with the added benefit of Intracoastal views from a further bedroom and its terrace. Downstairs is the large family room complete with wide screen TV and open to the fully equipped kitchen complete with Sub-Zero refrigerator. A bedroom with full bath completes the downstairs.
Upstairs is the large master bedroom with a king sized sleep number bed, wide screen TV and an outside veranda the length of the home overlooking the Gulf. The third bedroom, upstairs, has a queen sized bed and a porch overlooking the tranquil inland waterway.
The contemporary beach flair, with open plan living space, opens up to a terrace for al fresco dining and the beach garden is expansive enough for relaxing in the chaise lounges.
This beautiful home is one of a kind on a stretch of beach so quiet is seems to be your own private beach. There is not another location anywhere like it. Guests rave about the house, calling it a "Dream House" and "Heaven on Earth".
If your desire is to stay in your own private home, away from the crowds but close to shopping, restaurants and the Tampa airport, then this home is designed for you.

PERFECT BEACH HOUSE!!!!
This was our second stay in this perfect beach house. We stayed last year at the same time for one week and returned this year for 2 weeks. This house has everything you could want . Perfect location, nearly private beach just steps from the house, and a perfect sunset every night. We stocked up on groceries and just stayed "home" and enjoyed the beach most of the time we were there. We did drive up to Clearwater one day but couldn't leave there fast enough. W A Y too crowded. This house is a hidden GEM!! VERY clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and so charming and cozy. Even better than the pictures!!!
We had great neighbors on both sides of us. We were even invited over to swim.
This has been a great experience 2 years in a row. Al is great to work with, and Gabriele is a delight!! Our plan is to return next year with our children and grandchildren.
Thank you Al for sharing this piece of Paradise.
Words cannot describe the breath taking beauty of this spacious beach front home. Everything is first class. Nothing has been overlooked. There are even beach hats hanging up in the laundry room! We visited Clearwater Beach and it was packed with wall to wall people. We were lucky to see 6 people on our beach. The entire transaction was seamless. We drove to Tampa one day and toured the Tampa Theatre, a old theatre built in1926 that still shows movies. The inside is reminiscent of a European Opera house! And in St. Petersburg the Dali and Chihuly Museums are fabulous. If you go there be sure to have lunch at, The Cider Press. The mint ice cream is to die for!
Now we are praying that hurricane Irma spares this lovely home as well as the fabulous residents all over the state!
House was great....views of the Gulf of Mexico were fabulous...Australian pines overhanging the house provided just the right amount of shade for master balcony and lower deck..........guests poolside at Joyce's Place were terrible the first week....loud music...loud conversation 8AM to 2AM ....ALL DAY LONG........ from 1st to 9th day of our stay
In seven years, this is the 1st complaint we have ever received about our next door neighbor. We have confirmed with them that any future problem of any kind will be immediately taken care of--all we have to do is let them know of the problem.
PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 4
Yesterday, we left this beautiful house. When we arrived, it was very clean and well maintained (great job, Harmony!). We had everything we needed in the kitchen, Keurig a big plus for this coffee loving couple. Stocked with things like laundry soap, paper towel, toilet paper, soaps--we only ended up buying a single roll of extra paper towel the whole week we were there.
The view from the front of the house was the Intercoastal, and the view from the kitchen/living room/master bedroom was the beautiful ocean. The interior colors of the walls were a calming sea blue. Three bedrooms allowed each of my two teenagers to have a room of their own, and the master bedroom was spacious with its own wall-mounted television and a wall of windows to view the gorgeous beach. The linens were clean and comfortable in all rooms, and there was a great amount of clean white towels in both bathrooms. A basket of beach towels were also clean and ready for use.
The home's location allows easy accessibility to restaurants, a CVS and boat rentals. We ate at a number of the local eateries, many within 5-10 minutes of the house. Favorites included: Slyce Pizza (thin crust, gourmet-like pies, great pasta salad and my husband loved the French dip sandwich), Crabby Bills (for the grouper--the portion was huge), TJ's Italian Cafe (farfale con pollo pasta was great), and if you want to see over 100 flavors of ice cream choices, check out Tropical Ice Cream.
We enjoyed activities fairly close to the house. Tied for first place with my kids: Tampa Bay Escape Room and a boat rental at Island Marine Rentals. We played the first escape room on Monday and had so much fun, we immediately booked a second room for Thursday. If you are a lover of puzzles and like a time-based challenge, this activity is for you. We also rented a boat from Island Marine, right down the street (2 minutes, tops). The team there was wonderful. My daughter was sick the night before and in the morning of the original rental date. I called early and they, with no qualms or questions, said they could reschedule us for the next day--no problem. The boat was clean and they provided a GPS trail that was easy to follow to the island park.
Gabriele is the property manager and was always available via text and phone for questions and suggestions--thanks, Gabriele!
For a relaxing time with your family, this house will fit the bill. I would not hesitate to recommend! Thanks, Alan!
