The ground floor has oak flooring throughout, and the added luxury of underfloor central heating in each room. The welcoming living room has comfy sofas surrounding an inset log burning fire, with logs kindly supplied. A 3-seater sofa, a large L-shaped sofa and a large foot stall seats 10 people comfortably in this room.
French doors open onto a lovely decked patio with a hot tub and a fully enclosed rear lawn inviting you to relax and enjoy leisurely barbecues.
The living room has a wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite package, satellite plus facility, DVD and CD player. WiFi internet access is included, as well as a selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs.
A second snug sitting room/playroom has masses of children's toys, games, puzzles, books and DVD's to keep your little ones amused for hours. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV with built in DVD player - the perfect place for kids to escape to.
The expansive open plan kitchen and dining room is beautifully fitted with a range style cooker and quality granite worktops. The breakfast bar with three bar stools and two seater leather comfy sofa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everyone's company. The fantastic large dining table is perfect for entertaining and/or celebrating special occasions and seats 10 people. This wonderful family entertaining space leads through to the separate snug/play room.
Appliances include a range style electric double oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, cafetiere, as well as an excellent supply of kitchen utensils (for both adults and children), pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. There is also an iPod dock with speakers.
A useful utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board as well as additional cupboard space. A door leads through from the utility room to the large double garage with table tennis table, table football and basketball net. There is also ample secure storage for all your surfboards, bicycles or beach equipment. A useful separate downstairs wet room adds to the facilities.
On the first floor are five bedrooms, all carpeted and with individual underfloor heating for comfort, generous in size and attractively presented with two enjoying sea views over the rooftops.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flatscreen TV and stunning en suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower cubicle.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom. Bedroom 4 and 5 are served by Bathroom 4.
Bedroom 3: A stylish double room with king size bed and an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom offers the option of a spacious double (super king size bed) or it can unzip and convert to twin beds on request. There is also an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom with additional truckle bed (single bed with single pull-out bed below). Bedroom 4 and 5 are served by Bathroom 4.
Two travel cots are provided.

Beyond is a manicured enclosed lawn, with lawn games provided for summer days in the garden.
There is off-street parking for 4 cars on the driveway in front of the house.
