Enjoy the beach - walk to Mission Bay Beach and enjoy the San Diego sun and sand. The sound and smell of the bay are at your front door. Enjoy the fireworks of Sea World every night from the beach at Mission Bay - we also have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for you. We are one of the few vacation rentals in Pacific Beach with Central Air Conditioning - San Diego has experienced hotter than normal summers and falls.

Three bedrooms, two baths will comfortable sleep up to ten. You will have views of Mission Bay and the lights of San Diego. The Mission Bay boardwalk will take you to the Pacific Ocean.

Everything included - 48' LCD TV, WiFi, DVD player, balcony, a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. The third bedroom will sleep 4 children. The couch will make into a bed also. Two car garage with ample guest and street parking.

beautiful, clean home in Crown Point

This beautiful home has it ALL! The location is convenient and accessible to anywhere you want to go in San Diego be it the airport, downtown, or even Safari Park which we enjoyed. Located on a quiet street in upscale Crown Point section of Pacific Beach, it is directly across the street from Mission Bay park. Bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards are provided and kept in great condition in the large attached garage. In fact the entire property is immaculate. The kitchen is a total pleasure with very high end equipment. What a treat to find Cuisinart pans and not the usual rental scratched teflon pans! There is even a Branzzino stove any chef would die for. The grill is conveniently located on a delightful balcony off the master bedroom. The master bedroom bed is so comfortable we plan on buying one once we return home. The view from the living room window looks directly out towards the park. What really makes this property stand out was how responsive and kind the owners are. Working with Dixie at the property management company was a pleasure as well. We decided to re-book for next year before we left and that should say it all! You can't go wrong working with these wonderful people who go out of their way to accommodate your needs. This home books quickly so do not hesitate!!

The best place to stay in San Diego

Not only were Frank and Hilde the most considerate, kind, helpful hosts I could have asked for, their place has everything you need for an ideal stay in San Diego. It is extremely clean, quiet, beautifully furnished with modern appliances, with a gorgeous view of Mission Bay, and best of all, it's centrally located to everywhere you want to visit in SD and great restaurants and more. I can't recommend it enough - look no further than staying here!

Stunning retreat with a view, in heart of SD's PB

This condo rental was an astonishingly delightful surprise during my family of four's recent Christmas-New Years trip to San Diego. While the description and pictures revealed nice accommodations, we had no idea the high-end comfort awaiting us for such a reasonable price: plush leather couches, gas fireplace (came in handy when we had to turn off the AC for a cold spell that blew through) gorgeous kitchen with brand new Bertazzoni gas stove, huge dining room, glass railing deck overlooking the bay, classy and super comfy bedding.

The neighborhood was quiet and safe for the fam. PAcific Beach feels like a quiet yet active beach side town with lots of restaurants and bars. We were a 1 minute walk to the bay, 5 minute bike ride to the ocean and main strip, 15-20 minutes to other amazing spots like La Jolla cliffs, Cowles Mountain hike and downtown San Diego.

I can't recommend this place more highly. Great value. We'll be staying here again during our next visit to SD!
