Our condo is ideal for two families. it offers 2 gulf front master suites, each has a king size bed and own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a bunk area and an additional bathroom. This the only floor plan like it in the building. It will accommodate 10 people comfortably.

Our condominium is like a home on the beach. It has over 40' of beach front balcony, 10' ceilings, large pantry, full size side by side washer and dryer, plenty of closets, electric grill on the balcony, a 49' flat screen TV in the living room, flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV and HBO, 4 DVD players, granite counter tops in kitchen, double vanities in all 3 bathrooms. It is located on a low floor, fully furnished and professionally decorated.

Sterling Breeze amenities include a gulf-front overflow edge pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool side internet cafe & wine bar, and covered parking. Sterling Breeze is located less than 1/4 of a mile from Pier Park, featuring popular restaurants, amusements and shopping. Also it's less than a mile from Frank Brown Park, PCB's premier recreational park.

Our guests will receive, free high speed internet access and free local and long distance telephone.

All rates are subject to a 13% tax and cleaning fee.

Great unit! Great owner! Perfect trip!

This is the second time we stayed in this unit! Owner is always easy and great to work with! Unit is in great condition! Love that it's on the 2nd floor and we never had to use the elevator! Parked on the top of the parking deck and we were on the same level as the condo! Made packing and unpacking so easy! Used stairs to go down one flight to go to beach! Never had to wait in the long lines for elevator! Two master suites is so nice! Bunk beds provide extra space for sleeping! It's a great unit! Thanks so much!

Our family have stayed in our fair share of VRBO rentals, over a 20 year period. I cannot brag enough on the cleanliness of Unit 201. Walking in the first time a smell of clean and odor free was present. Most if not all of other rental u it's, have had kitchen appliances that were salt rusted, dirty and not at all cared for. not this unit! I was expecting a salty, sandy refrigerator upon opening, Boy was I surprised.

My one complaint.......wish we could have stayed longer! Raul was very good to work with, he is polite, understanding and easy to talk to.

Beds were very comfortable. Loved the large showers. Location is excellent. If u park on 3rd floor and walk across gangplank with luggage, u arrive at the front door of the condo. Very easy. We used only the 2 masters, but sit up for 3rd bedroom and bunks is perfect for parents with young children.

I am hoping to return maybe in August. My new happy place in PCB on the more quiet west end. Georgia, Laney and Taylor

Nice with a great view!

It was a great size for the 5 of us. We loved the porch in the morning, it was a little sunny and warm in the afternoon but the view was great all the time. The bathrooms were very nice but had a few issues. Front right bath had dripping faucets, a shower door that wouldn't close. Front left bath also had dripping faucets. The back shower was extremely slow draining. Other than that it was clean and well equipped. It was very close to several good seafood places and not far from the shopping area. We had a wonderful time!

The Pool patrol was ridiculous!

Raul made the whole rental process so easy! He was great to work with! The condo was beautiful and well equipped. It was over sized and very spacious! The convenience to the beach was the best ever. The only downfall was the people managing the pool. There were sooo many restrictions! No personal coolers, no radios, no floats, no drinks near or in the pool or hot tub, no playing of any kind, no fun allowed! It didn't open until 9am and closed at 10pm no exceptions. It was roped off until the pool patrol arrived. You were strictly monitored by Barney Fife and his wife who did not hesitate to reprimand. We followed their rules because we had to but for that reason and that reason only, we will stay somewhere else next vacation. It was a bit ridiculous!

Owner's Response: Lisa, Thank you for your positive comments about our condo and dealing with me and the convenience to the beach which you said it was the best ever. I 0nly wished you would have called me about your experience with the pool situation and I would checked into it immediately. The pool closing at 10 pm is a State law for condominiums. Typically coolers, radios and smaller rafts or noodles are not an issue. Sometimes if a cooler is blocking the path or taking too much room they ill ask you to place against the wall. If a radio is on too loud and disturbing others, they may ask you to turn it down. Usually rafts are not an issue unless they are too big or too many disturbing the rest of the people in the pool. Horse playing and food or drinks within 3 feet of the pool is not allowed for your safety and the safety of others and it's also a State law. We want to promote a family atmosphere and want all guests to enjoy and have a good vacation.

Loved Unit 201

Unit 201 was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults, 3 teenage girls, one infant and had plenty of room! The main thing we LOVED about this unit was the LOCATION-PERFECT. Did not have to use the very busy elevator all week- especially move in/move out day!!!! Also, we all loved that it was within walking distance to Pier Park-walked there every night.
